No just no this is no where near some mere sight genjutsu this has been hyped to be the most powerful jutsu in existence. You're making a mockery of IT it you think any power below sage level will resist it
You underestimated the power of Byakugan especially Kaguya who posses it while cast Ifinite Tskyomi...

In the beginning of my thread, I said that it would be a hassle if anyone who can break a ifinite Tsukyomi.

As I said before, only Naruto, Sasuke, and any Hyuga clan are capable of knowing the genjutsu

If the jutsu wasn't intended to work on everyone including dojutsu users there would be no point. I feel like Naruto and Sasuke would be out for sure and maybe Sakura because of one reason so i won't say confirmed for her. It would be more intense if the plan went through and the fate of everyone rested on a handful of people.

Didn't read it :| but i'd just add my 2 cents and say that if the Hyuuga are able to resist IT, then the sage's power is a joke

There's a point, someone as important as Hinata which has been foreshadowed multiple occasion who could end up with Naruto and there were many parallel and some special similarities with the Yin and Yang aspect between the two to which Hinata could possibly save Naruto just when she saved him from the darkness. That's is why I only include Naruto, Sasuke, and Hyuga clan like Hinata who could resist it.

Also there's a reason why Kaguya posses the Byakugan...

Bold;Hinata is important.Lol And somehow NH comes up since there is nothing else to her character.
Kaguya having a byakugan was just Kishi closing a plothole, thats way the sharingan was talked about more in that chapter.

What? When was there a plothole?? Adding Byakugan would add in more possibilities which brings the relevancy at this point to the story plus it adds in more shock value especially someone like you who had refuse this dojutsu is importance.

Hinata is whether you like to believe it or not

Hyugas haven't done anything in pt2, so they are irrelevant.

Bold; Where is she? I haven't seen her for a while now. Lol

Yea the Hyuga havn't done much in Shippuden sadly but that doesn't take away all these mysterious that lies the secret of the Hyuga Clan that was been built up throughout the series.

I don't really want to argue and start flame war and beside I'm not really into NaruHina but anyway my friend made up very good point which construct and solidify his statment. Although you kept on insisting I bet you don't want to read this...

Alright I know many of you will disagree but I'm just putting what I think out there. I know many of you will disagree and hate me, and post counterarguments blah blah but this is what I think. If you don't like it just don't get hype and start a war on here... I'm also not baiting anyone this is just my opinion on what might happen and some thing s that I think support it. Oh and most of these ideas are from this post I found on another website (most of these ideas are NOT mine).. it was posted on a NaruSaku website so the person got a lot of hate for it. I hope by posting most of it on here I will see some postive responses. :D

First off, NaruSaku.

Naruto and Sakura interact often, usually very well. They are pretty comfortable, and many scenes between them are humorous. But as soon as Naruto acts out, Sakura makes sure he's put back into place, usually using violence, which does not count as any of the following:
Love
Care
Concern
Friendship
Flirting
Tough Love

Sakura usually punches Naruto because she is embarrassed of him or because he surprises her. But those are pretty stupid excuses, don't you think? There's no doubt in my mind that Sakura obviously cares deeply for Naruto, but punching him just for basically being dumb? That's lame. Which is why I don't find their relationship to be very appealing.

And everyone that says NaruSaku will happen... whats gonna happen to Sakura's feelings for Sasuke? Just disappear over night?

Secondly, NaruHina.

Naruto and Hinata seem to have a very good, understanding relationship whenever they get the chance to talk. (Yes I know they only talked a little throughout the entire manga) But Naruto feels no need to act all high and mighty for her-- as proved in chapter 98. And, like NaruSaku, NaruHina seems to be a humorous relationship. But, humorous in a different way. Naruto and Hinata's moments are usually sweet, almost like they're in a sort of love comedy. All goes well until Hinata passes out, which is also pretty funny.

But, the thing is, everything Hinata stands for, Naruto stands for. He changed her that way. I'm not trying to purposely paint NaruSaku in a negative light-- it's the truth. There is no love behind her punches-- nor is there any romance between the two so far. But Hinata's reasons for fainting, although not have much more purpose than Sakura's reasons for punching Naruto.

Hints for NaruHina
Naruto’s colour scheme consists of Yellow/Orange while Hinata’s consists of Blue/Purple. These colours are opposites on the colour wheel, hence showcasing how these two are opposites.

NaruHina parallels GokuChi, a pairing from DBZ, the show that has GREATLY inspired Kishimoto.

Hinata's name means something like "Towards the Sun" And Naruto is commonly described as being like the sun, as he shines light into the darkness in people's hearts.

Even Madara, Obito, and Pain are able to see these to have more than just a platonic relationship. I guess that’s one of the other abilities of the Rennigan.

Take a look at how Madara refers to Hinata here.

You must be registered for see images

Missus is an informal way to refer to someones wife. Now obviously Naruto and Hinata aren’t married (yet =D), but this was right after the hand-holding scene, so you get my drift.

Look at Sakura's and Obito’s expression to Hinata and Naruto’s interaction.

There's no reason for Naruto and Sakura to be lovers as they're perfectly fine as friends. Sakura already has a good portion of the spotlight, especially in a shonen manga. However, everytime Hinata gets the spotlight it has something to do with Naruto. NaruHina not happening would be severely neglecting Hinata and her theme.
If Kishimoto wanted NaruSaku he would have made Hinata's feelings fade, but he didn't. Why keep those feelings alive and constantly bring it back? Did he have to bring back Hinata and show her tripping to save Naruto? NO

If Kishimoto wanted NaruSaku, he would have probably made it canon by now, they're all alone without Sasuke, so why hasn't it happened?
The NARUTO manga is all about friendship. Kishimoto is not going to throw that away to pave way for a romantic relationship between Team 7 and/or Sai. He's going to want to either leave them single or pair them up outside of the team.
Sakura knows about Hinata's feelings for Naruto, it wouldn't be very nice on her part to still chase after him.

Counter Arguments

Kushina told Naruto to get a girl like her and not a weird girl!

I will admit that Sakura is like a Kushina Zetsu, but do you really think Kushina was refering to her bad traits? Moreover, Naruto is no where near like is father in terms of personality.
For the record, Naruto doesn’t think Hinata is weird. Second of all, the sole reason Kushina says find someone like your mother was because she probably assumed he’d turn out like his father, but he turned out like her, loud, hot headed and impatient. While Minato is humble, calm, level-headed, and quite. So who does this sound like to you? Hyuuga Hinata.
Opposites react guys... the science is right there!

NaruSaku doesn’t parralel MinaKushi for this one reason:

MinaKushi:Quite/Loud

NaruSaku:Loud/Loud

Therefore, if anything MinaKushi = NaruHina & SasuKarin/Saku

Now let’s compare NaruHina childhood to MinaKushi childhood.

Naruto/Kushina are hated by most of the students for being themselves, and they also boldly state to become Hokage. Naruto/Kushina, while they didn’t hate Hinata/Minato, they viewed them in a bad way, with Naruto thinking Hinata’s dark and Kushina thinking Minato’s a wimp. Naruto/Kushina didn’t pay much attention to Hinata/Minato, but they did watch them from afar. But Naruto/Kushina noticed them when they stepped in to protect them from harm.

MinaKushi also shows that you don’t need to spend every waking second with someone in order to love them, as shown in how Minato loved Kushina without knowing her well, and she returned his feelings. Same applies for NaruHina.

Naruto never gives up, its his nindo!

Naruto has never told Sakura he loved her, and it was never his goal to get together with Sakura. Naruto's goal is to be*acknowledged, to*become Hokage*and to bring*Sasuke back. Besides, why would he need to work to be acknowledged by Sakura when he is already acknowledged by Hinata? Let's look at Hinata's theme: "Believe in yourself." How would that theme fit if Naruto ends up never acknowledging Hinata and rejects her for Sakura, someone who rejected him throughout most of Part1? That's not fair.
Oh, and not to forget, Naruto's nindo is "never take back my words", not giving up. He has never mentioned he would get Sakura to love him in Part1, so I don't see what the problem is.

Naruto would get Sakura to acknowledge him by loving him!

Not necessarily. Sakura already acknowledges Naruto, she already knows about Kyuubi, she knows him probably better than most people. If the above is the case, then why hasn't NaruSaku happened yet? They already know each other well, you'd think they'd be canon by now but they're not. Makes you think, doesn't it?

Hinata was never there for naruto!

A)Neither was Sakura
B)She had a strict father who broke her self-esteem, what did you expect?
C)Your argument is invalid because Naruto disagrees with you, and that’s all that matters.

Sai’s flashback AFTER the Pain arc shows Naruto still loves Sakura.

As you just said yourself, this was Sai thinking this and not Naruto, therefore it doesn’t matter. This flashback wasn’t placed here to show that Naruto still has feelings for Sakura, it was shown to show that Sai is starting to become more human and care about his team mates.

What about the date?

That date held no romatic context what so ever, Kishi said so himself.*

The NaruHina in the anime were only fillers!

True. But why did the animators necessarily put NaruHina in the fillers, or the intro, or ending, or why did Kishi put it as the damn chapter cover? Why'd they do that if they knew it could end some other way ending up with loads of dissapointed fans on their asses? Its absolutely normal for manga authors to tell animators how they're going to end the manga or at least what they have planned. I don't think the animators are stupid enough to put NaruHina in if they knew NaruSaku would or could happen.

Hinata can become strong without Naruto! Wouldn't that show her character development? Wouldn't that make her a better charcater?

If anyone were to ask me this, I'd applaud them for being a good debater, but it won't work on me. Hinata's source for inspiration? Naruto, Hinata's reason to grow? Naruto. Unlike Sakura's crush for Sasuke keeping her immature, Hinata's crush for Naruto did the opposite, made her mature, made her stronger. Yes, Hinata can become acknowledged by her clan and become strong, but it wouldn't resolve her feelings for Naruto. I already proved how Naruto's feelings for Sakura had resolved, but Hinata's - maybe being a minor character - feelings have yet to be resolved.

Sakura also has a clue about what's going on

That's not all,*Sakura* also has a clue on what is going on

Hinata shouldn't be a mere love interest!

Just because Hinata may be the main character's love interest doesn't mean that's all there is to her character. You're the one assuming it so. The Byakugan's origins are yet to be revealed, and with the Byakugan being a Dojutsu, it's not gonna be left out. That's when Hinata comes in, Kishi himself has said there will be Hyuga Clan Development.

*insert nonsense here about Naruto making Hinata weak and how its like SasuIno/SasuSaku that way here*

As someone who is not a fan of SasuSaku and loves NaruHina I'm profoundly*insulted. You’re insulting Naruto as the main character;*Naruto's role as a main character is to influence people and make them strong.Hinata is no exception. Saying Naruto makes someone weak, especially when it comes to Hinata, is the most outrageous and laughable thing I have ever heard in the fandom. Fact is, Naruto makes Hinata strong just like he influences every other character in the manga from Zabuza to Gaara to Tsunade,*its his role as a main character.*I know I'm repeating myself, but if you're so moronic to think that Naruto makes someone weak then dear, you need to be spoon-fed.

Hinata could never understand Naruto!

That is true and not true

Hinata's past is gravely underestimated; She had no loved ones until probably Team Eight, her mother is more likely than not dead, Neji as a branch member used her as an arguement for him to take over the Main Branch and constantly used her as the symbol of how unfair the situation was as she had the advantage even if she was weaker and the Main Branch knew this and therefore hated her for that, her father technically abandoning her. Hinata's past deserves to be up there with Naruto's, Sasuke's and Gaara's and as someone who can relate to the jinchuuriki I can assure you of that with first hand experience myself.

However, if you want to specifically pull out the jinchuuriki card you may as well say Naruto will not end up with anybody unless you're arguing GaaNaru.

This is a shonen manga! The guys are supposed to get what they want and girls really don't matter!

Interesting that you mention this; its an oxymoron.
1.) Yes, Naruto is supposed to get what he wants, but its not specifically Sakura: Naruto wants love and to be loved, to be acknowledged. It doesn't matter on who's account. Really, it'd be better off for Naruto not to get something that he wanted*at the beginning of the manga*because, hey, the main character needs some character development too. And guess what? A lot of that was because of Hinata.

2.) Yes, this is a shonen manga, but this manga a specific target is achieving GOALS
Hinata's goal is to confess to Naruto and get acknowledgment from him.
First part is sort of done.
Second part isn't, as she wasn't there at the end of the Neji/Naruto battle.
Really, achieving goals triumphs over sexism here.

Naruto will surpass Jiriaya and get the girl he wants! NaruSaku = JirTsunade

Ever stop to think what it exactly is that they’re meant to surpass? Naruto is meant to surpass Jiriaya in bringing peace to the world, not getting laid. And another thing I notice is that NaruSaku always leave Dan out of this equation. Yes, Naruto is Jiriaya and yes Sakura is Tsundae, but then who’s Sasuke? Dan, that’s who.

Dan disappeared from the life of Tsunade (just like Sasuke and Sakura) and she didn’t just go and replace him with option #2, Jiriaya (Naruto). Now Jiriaya, after Dan’s death, continued to flirt with Tsunade from time to time, but he fully accepted the fact that he wouldn’t, shouldn’t and can’t replace Dan as Tsunade’s lover. Why? Because Tsunade truly loved him. Same goes for Naruto, who flirted but wasn’t serious about anything since he new Sasuke was who she loved, and who she would ever love.

Hinata does not have feelings for Naruto, it is only admiration!

You must be registered for see images

Naruto still loves/likes Sakura!

No, he doesn't. I won't argue on Sakura loving Naruto, but if that's the case, then its not requited. Naruto knew and accepted that Sakura did not like him back in Part1 right before the the Sasuke Retrieval arc

Remember when Sasuke was hospitalized and when he woke up Sakura jumped to embrace him leaving Naruto pensive? I'm pretty sure that it was more or less that moment when Naruto gave up his feelings on Sakura before the time jump which is what? 2 or 3 years? That's a long time. I'm pretty sure he'd give up his feelings by then.

Naruto loves Sakura, not Hinata! Sakura is what's best for him!

Hinata is better at keeping it cool when Naruto does something dumb. And, she's also better at understanding him. Sakura is not what is best for him at the moment, because Naruto endured one of the deepest pains-- rejection. Naruto was constantly being rejected by the villagers (and numerous times by Sakura) and Hinata was rejected by her father, her own flesh and blood. Perhaps once Sakura can understand and accept the fact that Naruto will never change in that aspect, then she could become a very likely competitor in the blonde's love life. But until that day, right now it seems that Hinata understands him better.*

Hinata wouldn't be able to handle a relationship with Naruto! She's too shy!

Not so. The only reason Hinata is like that around Naruto is because she loves him. Now that she has confessed, most of that tension should be gone. And, if she were to develop a relationship with Naruto, I'm sure all of her nervousness would be gone-- a big leap for her character development.*

People fail to see Hinata's character here; yes, Hinata is shy. However, she's not*that shy. Whenever she did get close to Naruto, she's the one that has striked up the conversation. Part of NaruHina is Hinata overcoming that shyness and that "fate" (Neji was to represent this in the chuunin exam) of never achieving goals and that was represented by Neji's "caged bird" comparison.

Anyways, as of late Hinata is no longer the shy little girl she used to be, and is acting more and more like her sensei Kurenia.

What about Yamato's speech in 249?

You must be tired of hearing this, so why keep bringing it up?

First of all, Yamato only knew them for what, two weeks? He doesn't know about Sasuke or Hinata. At first glance, they seemed pretty obvious. But then these two came into the picture. Sasuke and Hinata are there for a reason-- they can't be treated like pieces of meat. Secondly, he never finished. There was NO cut off 'L', NO logic behind his speech because of his absence during Part I, and no one knows what he was about to say. Only Kishimoto. And, you know what? If Kishimoto really wanted it to happen, he would have made him finish.*

It's more than obvious that Kishimoto likes and ships NaruSaku! He put them on the same team, and now Sakura's starting to like Naruto back!

There is no proof that she has A. Dropped her feelings for Sasuke, or B. Fallen for Naruto. No solid evidence, no hints, nothing. Naruto has a crush on Sakura. Sakura is in love with Sasuke. Hinata is in love with Naruto. Nothing really changed much over the years. Also... if NaruSaku was canon, don't you think he would have left Hinata out? Her character is almost entirely based on her feelings for Naruto. Her feelings for Naruto have carried on to Part II. Why? If Kishimoto kept them, they must have some sort of significance.*

Kishimoto also stated that he found it hard to add romance. Developing a romantic relationship between the two main characters would be easy. Creating romance between two people who hardly see each other is hard.

We told you so! Sakura recently confessed her feelings for Naruto!

Yes. And Naruto told her off. He could tell she was lying, and so could everyone else. Even the almighty Yamato, who so obviously supports NaruSaku. Kiba, Yamato, Kakashi, Lee... they all knew. So did I. And I have to admit, I lost a bit of respect for Sakura after that. But... at least she was doing it out of concern for Naruto. And notice it's not out of love. She wanted him to forget about the promise he made to her, but he said that the Promise was irrelevant to why he was chasing Sasuke. And the way she 'confessed'... it was simply so insincere, that I found it funny. How believable is, "I'm confessing now, so listen up!"? Sakura might as well have told Naruto that he was her second choice, which proves that we were right-- she was using him as a replacement for Sasuke. She also said, "I'm sorry, Naruto." She was crying, because she knew how much that must've hurt him. She knew he deserved better than that, and realized the mistake she had made in lying. That was the least romantic confession in the history of manga.*

And speaking of the confession, all you NaruHina fans are going crazy! All she did was confess-- it doesn't mean he will automatically love her!

Guess what? It doesn't. You are half right, half wrong.

While it doesn't mean he will automatically love her, it does mean that he knows someone truly accepts him for everything he is-- The dumbass Jinchuuriki host to Kyuubi no Yoko whom everyone hates-- and is really in love with him. Someone who sees no flaws whatsoever in him. That is very important. Sakura's punches show that she feels Naruto needs to change, or grow up in some way. But Hinata could care less-- in fact, if she could have it her way, he could stay like that forever. So, no, it doesn't mean he's in love with her. But it raises the possibility of him*learning*to love her back a great deal.

Naruto saves both Hinata and Sakura in chapter 558/9!

I beg to differ.

Hinata’s scene is different in that Naruto blocked an attack from harming her, and that panel was made for a reason. *hint, hint*

You must be registered for see images

Anyways, Sakura isn’t the only one Naruto saves, he also saves Shizune and some Akimichi dude.
Also, whle we don’t see anymore of the medics, we get a whole scene of Naruto and Hinata.

Their both able to read each others eyes, eh? Seems like these two are closer than you NS fans thought.

Naruto only holds Hinata’s hand to give her chakra!

Ok, where do I begin? Oh I know, how about the fact that Naruto isn't a jerk? Naruto understands how weak emotions are and how much it hurts when those emotions are played around with.

Proof? No problem.

You must be registered for see images

and take a look at this

"Naruto is enraged by Sakura's confession"
Sakura herself realizes her mistake of lying to him and knows how much that must have hurt him.

You must be registered for see images

there's your proof.

This goes to show Naruto isn't one to play around with others' feelings, so what makes you think he would slowly grab Hinata's hand, hold it and thank her for always being by his side, if he didn't have some sort of romantic*interest*in her? He's not one to give Hinata false hope.

KISHI'S PROOF

Shonen Jump released an interview with Kishimoto, where they asked him an attention-grabbing question:

You must be registered for see images

by telling me that "at least one case will be requited" and how Kishimoto hopes its naruhina, I'm getting the hint its the only pairing that will happen. This is straight from Kishimoto and it cannot be argued.

NaruHina is just a Red Herring! NaruSaku will happen in the end.

Don't make me laugh XD. The story is at it's final hours, and everything has been pointing towards NaruHina for the past 150+ chapters. And if you think NS will happen through hinata's death, yeaaaaaaah......Neji's death would be pointless at that point,so no.

Finally, I’d like to say that Kishi originally intended Hinata to be Ramen guy’s daughter and work at Ichiraku Ramen and be Naruto’s love interest, but was turned into a ninja, however, her role didn’t change as Naruto’s lover. (Don't know about this as a fact tho)

Thank You For Reading and again this is my opinion; not trying to start a war or some shit Just wanted to put this out there.

Let me say it again most of these ideas I got of a NaruHina post off a website about NaruSaku -_-' I just added a few things too it

I can't see it happening, if the Hyuga's had some significance against genjustu it would have already been stated, somebody would have mentioned off the tablet, Madara, Sasuke, or Oruchimaru. The elders would have been less scared of an Uchiha rebellion, since they would have a decent counter to it from the Hyuga's.

I'm not definitive, but it seems making Kayuga, a hyuga was just Kishi's subtle way of giving the Hyuga fans something, without alternating his story. Since making Kayuga didn't utter in significant change in the manga besides the fact that she possessed the byakugan.

But it was well put together theory.

Hey guys, I will explaining why I think that not only Naruto and Sasuke resist the Genjutsu but as well as Hyuga Clan member Such as Hiashi or Hinata are also immune to genjutsu.

First off let me clear out the window, I know that there are some shinobi are capable of resisting the Genjutsu such as Sakura, Kabuto, Orochimaru, Killer Bee, and Gai just by closing their eyes and such. However, if that would be the case, then anyone could break out the genjutsu plus there`s a reason why it was called ``Infinite`` Tsukyomi meaning that even you break out it would be meaningless because the world itself was entrapped upon with Infinite Genjutsu
1. The Mugen Tsukuyomi doesn't require eye contact to cast upon people. If it were that simple, then not looking directly at the moon would be enough to prevent oneself from falling a victim. In that way, literally no one would be caught in that genjutsu. It is not like Itachi's Tsukuyomi which is his MS ability, and depends upon eye contact. Actually, Itachi's Tsukuyomi is just a considerably downgraded version of Kaguya/Madara's Tsukuyomi. It is the one ability that the Juubi's eye grant, the reason why Hagoromo considered his mother to superior even than himself, and the ability whose activation signified the end of the world. Don't take it so lightly.
2. Itachi's Tsukuyomi can only be cast on a single person at a time. But Madara's Tsukuyomi can be cast on any number of people within range. The moon extends the range indefinitely, so no one will be insulated from it. Kaguya had the Byakugan due to which she could enhance the range of her vision substantially.
3. Itachi's Tsukuyomi takes the person in another dimension, whereas Infinite Tsukuyomi probably takes control of mass, time and space in the real world.
4. Jinchuurikis cannot break out of regular Tsukuyomi since disrupting the chakra isn't enough to counter it, let alone IT. So, Killer Bee can't resist Tsukuyomi (even if he had Gyuki). Resisting IT with Gyuki is impossible, without Gyuki not a chance. Orochimaru and Kabuto can't resist genjutsu. That's why Kabuto took protective measures of preventing a genjutsu attack in his fight against Itachi and Sasuke. Sakura and Hinata? LOL, what a joke...

The reason why I only included Naruto and Sasuke ( As well as the Hyuga which I will explain later) is as simple for the following reason:

Naruto:

- Bijuus can help him resist it

- He`s a Jesus so anything could prevent it

- A Main Character will always Gets Plot-shielded

Sasuke:

- Sharingan can resist Genjutsu

- Sasuke was already able to escape Itachi’s Tsykyomi

- Sasuke New Eyes, Sharinnegan have further improve his combat to the point he reach to the God Level which should be capable of resisting even Infinite Genjutsu
Naruto can't resist Infinite Tsukuyomi because of the Bijuus. If by plot, Naruto does resist the Tsukuyomi, it will only be because of the power he received from the Sage, not the bijuus. The only one who can resist the Tsukuyomi is Sasuke because he has the Sharingan similar to Madara's own although with a lesser amount of tomoes.

Now let me explain what makes Byakugan so special as oppose to other shinobi.

First let me say it was confirmed that the Byakugan was able to detect and see through Genjutsu just like how Ao saw Danzo with Shisui eye manipulated Mifune.

The Byakugan are able to nullify this by closing their eyes and relying on their byakugan vision and if in-case they do get caught , they can easily tell by seeing through chakra flows.

Kaguya

The Byakugan are the natural eyes of Kaguya. She has the Byakugan before she ate the fruit.

*Since the Juubi has the 9-tomoe rinnegan, we know that Kaguya received this power (her 3rd eye) from ingesting the fruit of the shinju [i.e there is no byakugan on the Juubi!

*Humans, before receiving chakra, were normal/ordinary (like we are), so it makes little sense that Kaguya's own power is the Byakugan. She must have obtained this power somehow.

* Kaguya was an ancient mythical princess in one of the folktales of Japan who came to earth from Moon. The Byakugan in its purest form was a celestial doujutsu. The Byakugan belonged to the Ototsuki - the 'Moon People' or sky people Clearly, Kishimoto is using the Moon Princess, Kaguya, in Naruto.

The Byakugan are also the opposite of the Sharingan. The Sharingan, as in the picture above are used to manipulate and control people. The fundamental purpose of the Sharingan is to make another bend to your will. In the post below the Sage speaks of his mother's "method". Meaning totalitarian control. From the previous panel we know the Sharingan was used to help her achieve said control.

The Byakugan can be said to be the opposite of this. It cannot be used to manipulate and control others, its very essence as the real eyes of Kaguya through which she sees, seems to carry a positive connotation. In my opinion, as the real her which she lost after her power corrupted her, and thus made her rely on her Sharingan.

Since the beginning of Naruto we have seen how the Sharingan has had vast power, enough to start wars, and have brother kill brother (I know Madara didn't kill Izuna, I meant it in general about the Uchiha). I'm too lazy to look for exact manga panels, but some of these pictures will suffice.

Meaning that the Sharingan has been a corrupting influence. One for which not only those without it fight for, but even those with it (to unlock the stronger levels of it).

In fact re-read the first panel of the first page I posted. Madara is attempting to reach the power Kaguya had, BUT the corrupted one (the "demon" she became with the use of the Sharingan). Not the real Kaguya, what she was before she became corrupted!

On the contrary this phenomenon doesn't plague the users of the Byakugan. In fact the Hyuga have gone so far as to divide into Main and Side branches to protect the "secret of the Byakugan".

Now we also know that the Byakugan has greater "insight, and vision" then the Sharingan (manga panel below). But I believe this panel has more to it than a simple literal meaning. In my opinion the Byakugan's ability to see deeper into a person is a fundamental part of Ninshuu. The force that allows others to "look into one another, and better understand each other" (I'm combining what Jiraiya and the Sage said).

Now we also know that Hinata has a special relation to Naruto. But not only that we've seen the Hyuga's give themselves for him twice. First Hinata (vs. Pain), and second Neji (vs. Obito). Now some might state this is simple love and whatnot, but things with Kishi are never that easy.

In my opinion, the Hyuga and the Byakugan are descendants of the Sage's other brother. The sage failed because he attempted to bring peace to this world alone, he forgot the other half, his brother, who is fundamental in helping this dream be realized.

The Byakugan will then work in tandem with Naruto's theory to use friendship to bring peace to this world. Power must not rest in one person, because if it does it corrupts them, and the cycle beings anew. This is also why Sasuke and Naruto being equal is relevant. Opposing forces balance one another BUT yet lead to perpetual war. This is where the Byakugan will show its true power and help people finally understand one another, and end the cycle of war and hatred forever.

I believe the panel of the Sage telling Sasuke how he's always ignored Indra is a foreshadowing of how he has ignored his own brother, and to take it further how we have all ignored the Byakugan!
There is NO WAY, Hyuga's can defy Tsukuyomi. The most they can do is perceive it, which isn't that big of a mystery anyway...

Kaguya has the fruit's power the hyuga don't.
kaguya was feared because she had the third eye and she had charka not the byakugan(the weakest of all three eyes)
No, you clearly havn't read my thread havnt you? First off Kaguya was not from this world she's an ancient mythical princess who came to earth from the Moon. The Sharingan is impurity which explained the fruit that corrupted filled with darkness While the Byakugan is Purity which explains she got Byakugan first before she ate the fruit that drives her into madness in which she unlock her third eye Sharinnegan.

Clearly as I said, Kishi using the reference of the Moon Princess, Kaguya

Furthermore Since the powers she utilized were clearly not Ninjutsu (as those were developed by the Sage... or... Ninshuu which was later formed into Ninjutsu... same difference). The Hyuuga have never once been depicted as using so much as a substitution - even when it would have been exceptionally advantageous. Their abilities, also, have no relationship to ninjutsu.

Which led me to believe that whatever Kaguya used was related more closely to the Hyuuga's abilities with the Hyuuga lineage predating the Sage.

Bold: You just answered why the Hyugas aren't going to break the Infinite Tsukyomi.
Lol the guy is a Sakura hater and a Hinata fanboy who uses fanfic.

No I have not, that doesn't explain everything, your logic don't make sense. Also I like Sakura so don't misjudge me just cause I'm a hyuga fanboy, everyone hates Sakura anyway and I bet you're one of those hater

1. I never said it require eye contacts because either way the Byakugan would still able to see through Genjutsu and aware and perceive it when caught under Infinite Tsukyomi

2. Yes as I explained it before, the Moon can cast the range of the world itself. Kayuga's with 360 vision Byakugan allowed her to use Sharingan Genjutsu with her 3rd eye on people not in her vision. That is how she was able to use Infinite Tsukuyomi even when the moon didn't exist. The Genjutsu uses her omniscient Byakugan sight to track down targets.

3. Yes We know that.

4. Perhaps I went over exaggerating with the bijuu, however you may cannot ignore the "Plot"

Yes that's why I called him a Jesus

Yes it can, and what I meant is that it cannot simply "Dispel" since it's "Infinite" as I have explain but it can see through it, and detect or perceive it

1. Everybody will immediately perceive that they are trapped in Tsukuyomi once the genjutsu is launched, so the Byakugan is of no significant use here. All the Byakugan does is tell whether someone of they themselves are under the effect of genjutsu because a Byakugan user can see the disturbance in their chakra flow, and that isn't the same as countering it. BTW, what do you mean by "seeing through genjutsu"?

2. The range of effect of IT probably depends upon the range of the user's vision. Kaguya's vision allowed her to see miles in all directions due to the Byakugan. This is what I meant. I never said she could cast genjutsu "in her vision". Yeah, and you're right about tracking down targets.

3. Good.

4. Yeah, Naruto could get plot shielded. But if we go by current manga facts, we apprehend the following:
(i) Jinchuurikis cannot break out of Tsukuyomi (MS)
(ii) The Sage probably considered himself inferior to his mother's prowess because of this, signifying that even he (being the Juubi's jinchuuriki) was unable to break it because I don't see any other reason for Kaguya's superiority over Hagoromo.
(iii) Naruto is more than a simple Jinchuuriki. But IT is more than simple Tsukuyomi.
So, even Naruto can't break Tsukuyomi once launched IMO. But I'm not resolute on my statement. He could defy it somehow...

The Byakugan could only see the disturbance in chakra flow notifying the effect of genjutsu. It CANNOT counter it, even if was a one shot genjutsu, and not "Infinite". The Byakugan has no counter even for a regular MS Tsukuyomi. Tsukuyomi cannot be broken by disrupting chakra. Even someone with precise chakra control (Sakura and Hinata) are completely helpless under the effect of Tsukuyomi. So no, Byakugan cannot dispel IT (not because it is infinite, but because it has NO counter), to your disappointment.

1. No, everyone will trapped under Infinite Tsukuyomi except Naruto, Sasuke and the Byakugan is significant in this genjutsu because what you said about about the Byakugan clearly see if someone else get caught under the Genjutsu is the same thing as knowing the user will get caught as well. The Byakugan can see through Genjutsu by knowing whether there's a chakra or not or the flow of the chakra thanks to telescopic vision, long-range vision, chakra sensory capabilities, vast focus abilities.

2. Byakugan expands, intensifies, and penetrates. Its obvious Kaguya used the Byakugan to expand her range of tsykyomi

4. Naruto had many bijuus in him plus his Jesus power so who know if he could.

The Byakugan could only see the disturbance in chakra flow notifying the effect of genjutsu. It CANNOT counter it, even if was a one shot genjutsu, and not "Infinite". Here Jiraiya Says "If you use more power" this seems to indicate that, the better you are at controlling your chakra, the easier it will be to break or dispel genjutsu, which explains why Sakura was considered a genjutsu type, as casting genjutsu and dispelling it both require great control of chakra.

You must be registered for see images

You would say that it's impossible to break out of Itachi Tsykyomi. But what exactly does it take for one to break out of genjutsu? Controlling their chakra in a proper way, and as we know, no one is capable of controlling their chakra better than the Hyuga, so much so that they are able to release chakra from all of their chakra points.

Itachi Tsukiyomi has been confirmed to require FULL EYE CONTACT to work, as was in the case of Asuma & Kurenai closing their eyes when facing Itachi.

You must be registered for see images

So unless the Hyuga don't have knowledge on it, Tsykyomi can't do shit to them. Hyugas, like I said before, could simply fight with their eyes closed. Due to the complexity of the illusion and the quickness with which it is executed, an enormous amount of chakra is necessary and an added amount of stress is placed on the left eye, leaving Itachi's vision more blurred.

Another alternative, is if they were to attempt gentle fisting themselves. The main method for a ninja to break genjutsu is that they would need to stop the flow of chakra in their body, and then apply an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; this is called Genjutsu Dissipation. Gentle fist can very easily stop the flow of chakra as it seals off chakra points. So a Hyuga would first identify a genjutsu with their eyes by observing the chakra flow & colour and then break it by gentle fisting themselves.
