Hyuga had that title back in part 1 not in part 2 not when Naruto and Sasuke have sage like CC and yin seal being the pinnacle of CC.

Kabuto didn't do the same thing, scalpel affects your nervous system not the tenketsu, and Hyuga could easily use that tech if they weren't nerfed to only use taijutsu. Kishi avoided giving them other feats because he knew their chakra control would make the likes of Sakura look like trash.

It does matter, what you just compared are two entirely different things. Releasing lightning chakra and releasing chakra from every chakra point in your body. The later is obviously more advanced.

Wrong again. Neji states that their strength and skill were practically the same but Hizashi was made a branch member because he was born seconds later.

Sakura's tech is great but different. She stores/seals chakra in a single point and her strength comes from storing the "maximum" amount of chakra and releasing it at the point before impact.

Very different from releasing Chakra from any part of your body effortlessy. Both serve useful purposes but the Hyuugas abilities are innate and in their genes.

Ion know about that. We found out that virtually all clsn members can use their own techs. We know multiple Hyuga so no point in showing the entire clan so he didnt.

It matters because its rare you just s tech from a near extinct clan with op jutsus.

Raikage is the strongest in his village the only one who can currently do that.

The difference is most Hyuga can do it inately. Rather passively. Add a chakra nature and there are many possibilities.

Neji himself uses his clans moves. He learned by observing. He was never the sole user of his techs. Thats absurd.
