1.Only the Byakugan can see Tenketsu, your claim is now invalid.
2. It's taught Orally, meaning they show them how to do it. There's nothing saying they wouldn't know how to do it.

So stating facts is being a poison? Hyuga fans be denial. Sasuke and Naruto have near Hagoromo level CC and Sakura (by DB and Tsunade/shizune) said yin seal is the pinnacle of CC. Half the stuff you even said is because of the Byakugan anyway.
