i seriously need help. in the lastest naruto anime episode 67 the red hair girl used Raiton, Hiraishin: Lightning element, Flying Thunder God. How in the name did she do that

The fourth is a guy and You never know maybe he could do it because his Lightin abilities you know that those 4 were good at Raiton and lightin Techniques so maybe that their Special.

Mabye the techiniques are just named the same??? The 4th's was a space time jutsu and had nothing to do with the lightning element. (as far as we know) So perhaps they're are jsut named the same by mistake. Anime is diffrent from the Magna.
