i dun get it either coz her hiraishin didnt teleport her or something..so im guessing its not the fourth's jutsu?Furthermore,i thought that episodes of shippuden which had those four special characters were not part of the manga.Plus their abilities are abnormal.Ex:the guy with the earth element jutsus.I tot there were nobody else who knew earth jutsus
other than yamato and the first hokage?So..im guessing they juz created a new jutsu or something,like limelight.

No, only yamato and the first hokage could use wood element, many people can use earth
