How would you rank Madara's intelligence?

In terms of intelligence? 0. Sitting there watching people fight by giving them a chance is what happens to many villains and it is embarrassing :bouncy:

he does... every explanations in the manga(yata mirror and etc) is from the black zetsu and black zetsu is the 'will' of madara... so yeah..madara is indeed intelligent...

Pretty high. He's somewhere around Orochimaru, Kabuto and Itachi's level of intelligence imo.

Well considering he did all the research to revive the juubi, healed obito's wound with zetsu(his creation), is practically responsible for everything that has been set in motion, experience, knowledge of the sage and his jutsu

On another note, to those who say he is just sitting there letting the alliance attack the juubi

1. The alliance can't even attack the juubi main body 2. People seem to forget that madara is not in control of the juubi anymore so it is pretty stupid of him to try to help the juubi, since it would most likely attack him and 3. The juubi is getting ready to go into its complete form

He is really smart. Planing a whole war from zero is not something easy!
He knows how to act in battles,kyubi susano armor, managed to keep up with hashi, created zetsu, gedo mazo, lived for a long time, fooled hashirama, made obito was he is today, the first to awaken the ems, the man behind the cool name konohagakeru , honest and clear, controlled the juubi, aimed for the brain of the alliance... And the list will keep going. If that doesnt make him smart I dunno what does.

- Was the first Uchiha to decipher the secrets of MS
- Was the first to decipher the secrets of EMS
- Was the first to decipher the secrets of the sage and jubi
- Was the first to decipher the secrets of the Rinnigan
- Knew Tobirama would become 2 Hokage and Konoha would kill of his clan
- Knew how to free him self from edo tensei
- Can make good fighting strategies

I would say, he is one of the best if it comes to intelligence.
