How would you rank Madara's intelligence?

And about him just sitting off while Allied Forces attack Juubi, he might not be worried, maybe he knows the capability of the Juubi

• He is tacticle
• He is resourceful

Also, need I mention that he maximum-trolled the kages XD XD

I would actually give him a 4.5 in intelligence. He is clearly a well seasoned and experienced shinobi, but his arrogance does somewhat give him an air of superiority and intellect

Considering he set the plot for the show in motion i would say the highest the data book allows which is a 5

He has medical expertise (stiched obito together) Cultivated zetsu from hashi dna so you know he could of been a bio engineer,he has more knowledge then anyone on the true events of history besides the sage himself.

Toying =/= intelligence... for those who keep bringing him toying with kages up to defend his intelligence.

I'd rate him like 4/5, simply because he IS a smart guy, he's just too cocky for his own good and that will likely be his downfall.

But doesn't he know what hashirama combined with naruto sasuke and all the kage are capable of?... There is no logical explanation for him taking a back seat after over 50 years of planning.

I would say his sharingan also adds to his intelligence. Since he is able to see a lot of tactics and jutsus with it, he can plan his battle style accordingly. Plus I think fighting for your clan since a very early age add to his intelligence as he would be more experienced with battles.

He's a pretty smart shinobi. More or less like Orochimaru I feel. He can make up great plans before hand and will be diligent when researching. But when it comes down to the battle, he's too cocky and lets his power speak for itself.

I think he has already considered their power and since the hokages (except for Hashi) can't do much with the barrier in place he is taking it slightly relaxed. Plus he knows that he can easily defeat Hashirama's clones. However I think he should spend his time trying to caputre Bee and Naruto as the Juubi can't achieve it's true power without them.

Intellectually - I'd say from 1 to 10...a 8.5 or 9.
Knowledge - I'd say a 10 or more due to his old age, and he is very wise. All just my opinion.

Yes I'd say he's resourceful his longevity I feel speaks for that. Just my opinion. Also, Mephisto....love it, and the three most deadly assassins from Phantom of a Requiem. I'm sure your 1,2,3 is just for Ao No Exorcist though, right? Anywho I love Mephisto, you should check out Phantom of a Requiem to see Ein, Zwei, and Drei also.
