I start by gathering suiton chakra in my entire body. I then release the chakra forcing it out the right side of my body. I then try to manipulate the chakra and change it's appearance to look identical to me.

Advantages-
Can use water jutsu up to c rank.
Very useful to take a hit and help hit opponent.
Does not require hand seals to make.

Disadvantages-
Can only travel short range from user.
Only has 1/10 the amount of chakra of user.
Can be easily defeated by earth jutsu.

I start by gathering Suiton chakra in my mouth. I then attempt to manipulate it and it into water.I then shape my mouth as if I was about to spit then force out half of the water as one spherical object then the rest as another.
I spit them out about 2 seconds apart.

Advantages-
Does not require hand seals.
Creates multiple spherical objects to shoot out.
Fast forming jutsu.

Disadvantages-
Can be blocked by basic earth jutsu.
May require water source. ( This I am not so sure of.)
(Can't think of a third.)

Well, for the clone they never said anything about the chakra level nor how far it could go. Lol at your description btw; "I attempt to shape my mouth". xd
Doesn't require a water source btw, and another disadvantage is, as with every jutsu that makes multiple projectiles, the more your make, the more the power decreases.

Create the hidden mist I learned you to make before. then, use it to reflect the sunlight so that it blinds the opponent in the mist.

I start by gathering Suiton chakra in my entire body. After I get it leveled out and balanced I release it into the lake attaching my suiiton chakra to the water molecules trying to lift them into the atmosphere to create a mist.
After the mist has formed I gather more suiton chakra in my body and send it int othe mist attempting to move the mist slightly in a back and forth motion. (kinda like when you are using a microscope, or anything that need's fine tuning.) I attempt to try and blind you with the light to see if I got it correct.

Form a spinning vortex, actually kinda like a whirlpool around you with you as the center. You can use this to defend or just run up to the opponent and knock them unconscious but you'll need a water source nearby.

As I am doing that I try to manipulate the water below me to get it to come up and spin with the chakra trying to create a water tornado around me. With me as the center.

I can see this being used to also counter low rank fire jutsu's. (C or lower)
Can be used in conjunction with lightning jutsu to amplify damage.

Disadvantages-
Requires a water source to form.
Weak against lightning jutsu. (wouldn't it hurt more since you are using a water jutsu that surrounds you if you got struck by lightninng?)
requires user to be in vortex. (meaning when attack is over you will be close to target. (bad for people who like to stay mid to long range.)

One question I had was. What if I used this against a B rank fire tech would it Cancel it out? I swear I read some something on the base before that stated. If you are using an element stronger than the other (for this example: a C rank water jutsu and a B rank fire jutsu) Would it cancel it out? Cause from my understanding from what I read. If I were to use this against a C rank fire jutsu I would tear through it but my attach wouldn't be as strong since it had to go through the water jutsu. (<- Do you get what I am saying?)

First of all, never use close water attacks like this defensive one with a lightning jutsu, if the water as much as splashes on you, you will be electrocuted despite it being your own attack.

To answer your question, there's a lot of discussion, but generally if you use a technique, and the opponent uses the element that is the elemental weakness of your technique, it gets cancelled out.
Example: I use B-rank fire -> you use C-rank water -> my fire gets cancelled out, though keep in mind that fire + water tends to create steam on the field to block your visibility. This isn't a problem to see through if you have a byakugan or sharingan though.

I was wondering though if you combine 2 jutsu they are counted as 2 of the 3 you can post.

I start by gathering suiton chakra in my entire body. As I am doing that I imagine a large torrent of water surrounding me. I then release my chakra in a similar fashion like when I did the water tornado. But instead of using the water from the lake. I try to manipulate my chakra and change it's form to physical water. ( was also thinking I could do this by manipulating the moisture in the air there is always moisture in the air.)
I then send the water surrounding me crashing down short range of me.

Advantages-
Low chakra cost.
No hand seals.
No water source needed.
Can do 360 degree damage (at least the video seems like it would)
(if the above is not suitable enough^) Can be used to block fire jutsu.


Disadvantages-
block's vision while jutsu is forming.
Must stay stationary to use. (I'm saying that because of the vid. Not sure though)
Leave's you vulnerable to an attack since your surrounded by the water.

Yea, that was good, though you can run and use this jutsu, as it takes water out of the atmosphere and your own suiton chakra indeed.

Goodie, be alert though, if you use this and the opponent sends a lightning attack... Yea, you can imagine what I mean.

Do some handseals, and infuse your suiton chakra with the rain (or make your own), so that you can use the location of where the rain falls and use it to your senses. Basically you use the rain to sense someone.

Advantages-
user is able to sense other's that are in the rain. (being that the rain is infused with the user's chakra the user can notice anything it touches other than himself, since the opponent's chakra signature is different.)
Good against opponent's who like to hide.
Can be used to fight a sharingan user without haveing to look at their eye's directly. (<-A theory i have)
Only user can stop rain.
Well worth it's chakra cost.

Disadvantages-
Like most water jutsu's getting hit with lightning would be a pain.
Wouldn't help you find a person hiding underground.
If fire jutsu's are used it will create a steam that could obstruct vision.

Nah, fire jutus won't make steam. Rain isn't a big amount of water at once, it's a continuous stream of little drops, making fire pretty useless against it.

I then release the chakra into the lake below me and attempt to manipulate the water into forming that snake I imagined right in front of me. I then try to make the snake strike in front of me.

attacks on command.
good short to mid range jutsu.
can be combined with lightning jutsu for added effect.

Disadvantages-
Requires a current of water. (Does that mean water source or just any current for example another jutsu?)
You may forget to tell it to attack (since it states in description it stay's stationary until told to move. Some people may forget to tell it to attack since most jutsu's are just directly launched at opponent.)

Lol, it's okay. You need a present water source, not from another jutsu, though you can when the jutsus provide you a water source alone. For example the Water Basin jutsu, or Storm Upheaval I think. (the one that lets water drop from the air, you'll see it soon).

I then gather suiton chakra at the bottom of my right foot. After gathering a good amount, I lift up my foot and slam my foot back into the ground but in front of me with my toes pointing forward. As my foot hit's the ground I release the chakra pushing it out from my toes and trying to focus it into jet stream (lol my garden hose has a setting like that) straight in front of me.

Advantages-
Quick to use.
Can be used to force your opponent into the air.
No hand seals needed.
No water source required.(I am assuming the attack is made up of just chakra.)

Disadvantages-
Can be easily avoided.
Opponent must be on ground to be hit.
You must be on ground to use. (meaning can't use mid jump.)
If an opponent's lightning jutsu touched the stream you'd be F*****!:rofl:

By the way, this jutsu shoots a jet of water. It's like, "stamp foot, a slicing getsuga tenshou of water slices through the ground at your opponent" it's not somethings that extends from your feet or something. Just to be clear.
