or doing a healthy lifestyle?

I recently got sick… because of my migraine and asthma. Those two are incurable but preventable diseases. To be able to live a full life without having to worry if I’m going to get sick and attacked by these sickness anytime of the day, I must prevent it’s trigger. But sometimes… I don’t just because. So I suffer from its consequences. It really sucks, because there would be days when I feel really happy and energized and then for some time I will feel dizzy, my head aches, and vomit… and should take at least a day to recover again.

Also, we have a family history of diabetes and kidney problems XD LOL so really, if I don’t want it to get worse - I should practice a healthy lifestyle huhu. So…

Here’s my top 5 to-do’s for a healthy lifestyle.

1. Think positive thoughts
2. Get enough rest
3. Drink plenty of water
4. Eat more fruits and veggies
5. Move and sweat a lot

I have started eating somewhat healthily lately (no more soda, much less processed/fast food, etc.), which was always my biggest/only problem in the past. Other than that, I have been meditating daily for almost 5 years and playing tennis every day as well :)

Haven't had fast food in a long time. That's about the only healthy habit I have. It's good though considering I don't work out
Oh that's good. They say, in dieting 70% food and 30% work out to really get some results - it all depends of what you're eating

My mom's suffering from asthma too. I know how much suffering it is. :(
Well I used to be an alcoholic and *** maniac. It worsened my health for quite a few days. From there I changed my lifestyle. :)
Here are my doing for healthy lifestyle:
1. Drink at least 8-10 glass of water.
2. Do meditation including exercises at 5 in the morning on the terrace or some lonely place.
3. I avoid eating sweet stuffs which increases my fat content.
4. I do bang at least twice in a month. It reduces my stress and relaxes my body quite a lot. As I believe stress plays a major role in worsening your health.
5. Play a lot which is same as your 5th one.

A healthy lifestyle includes a proper schedule, you exercise and eat food on time and sleep on time. I dont do any of that though.

I was plagued by migraines. I got my eyes checked and got a spect. I have not got migraines since then.

I do not live really healthy. My sleep-schedule is changing constantly, I eat not enough vegetables and drink too much sweet crap. But I've started to change things after I experienced temporary breathing-problems once in February this year. Due to that, I stopped drinking caffeine-containing stuff almost completely, only drink about one glass of cola per 3 months at best.

I also started to distance myself from meat-products. I will not stop with them completely, but I rather grab some meat analogue when I feel like eating meat.

Edit:
Oh.. and sport? Nah, I've become very lazy over the last few years. I considered to take dancing-lessons, but I don't want to go alone :/

I'm getting lazy. I'm surprised I'm not fat or obese.
Oh you should start now, good thing you don't have any vices? Because when you get old - it's the time you'll notice you should be taking care of yourself more.

Oh no! I think it's associated in my eyes too :( huhu but I don't like wearing glasses... and contacts.
but yea, it has to be consistent-

I'm just trying to stay away from meat and eat a lot of vegetables and protein foods I guess :happy: :happy:

yep! That's good to know! There are at least vegetables I don't eat though lol




There are people who wanted to get fit and thin because they want to look hot and sexy… but I really do think it shouldn’t be that way - abs and sexy butts are just bonus of your hard work. Being healthy is the number one priority of exercising! LOL! I'm so enthusiastic about this stuff haha. I know it's really fun to eat but hmmm in moderate.
