Kunai's and rasengans are the best Minato's got. There aren't enough kunai's in Minato's dreams to force a 3T Itachi to use susano'o. Rasengan might force him to use ribcage for brief moments at a time. Nothing that will affect him majorly.

he has no uchiha dna w/ sharingan. so if he get's hit by tsukuyomi he's ****ed. his raw speed will be seen by itachi's 3T sharingan, and his FTG is easily countered by yata/ susanoo. that pretty much nerfed minato into a naruto clone. nothing special

itachi > alive minato

raikage in v2 is faster than the shraigan. minato is the same as v2 raikage . this is with out shin tech

Magekyou sharingan techniques to beat minato, all he needs its, 3 tomoe v1 ribcage susano, his crow summons to distract minato when he comes up close then mix that with dusk crow genjutsu and its a gg, and BTW, how the f**k does minato avoid eye contact as well as amaterasu at the same time? He won't see ama coming to roast his ass not that ama is needed, ephemeral requires no eye contact which is also a gg, minato can activate susano before lightning can hit him (and this is sick almost dead blind itachi which is waaay inferior to healthy itachi) him triggering susano shits on minato's arm swing incase he comes close enough for a hiraishin rasengan like he did to obito, iytachi can just use rib cage susano (minimize chakra expenditure) and smash minato's head with a susano arm, or just feints in an exploding clone, minato tries to blitz and he ends up blitzing an exploding clone and baaam!!! In his face, then itachi proceeds to stick a kunai up his throat, itachi is superior to minato
