Minato needs kunai in right places if he gonna blitz someone as skilled as itachi. Itachi shrunken jutsu is great enough to counter this. Summons get genjutsued and minato takes forever to gather nature energy

When he touches something there a seal mark which makes it obvious where he can teleport to. Itachi has crow summons which are use primalry for to distract and put people under genjutsu. Unless minato legit has his eyes closed i don't see how he counters. Cause eyes closed vs itachi lol.

I'm sure he's aware of the sharingans prowess allowing him to focus on the enemies feet, after all he grew up in the time of the Uchihas. The only problem he will have is being unpredictable enough with his teleportation, which is why if Itachi plays it right he can tag him, but if Minato plays it right with his arsenal then he wins. Minato Itachi threads can always go either way imo, they are just that strong.
