I see itachi losing more times then not personally I doubt itachi can fully react and defend etc (can't really use Susanno like sauce) against. V2 ay let alone teleporting minato

His sickness and blindness is his main down fall but it def comes into play minato outlasts/overwhelms via summonings (even if itachi Amaterasu them he still would lose tons of stamina chakra not to mention go blind trying to burn something so big in a fast time ) (ama burns slow)

He can do this rather easily in 3 tome. Minato teles using kunais while itachi is most skilled shurken user. He really only needs tsukuyomi and genjutsu combos. Minato would be trying to blitz with his eyes closed

-He doesn't need a full Susanoo. Doesn't need one at all really depending on the circumstances.
-Itachi is more than fast enough to react and defend against Minato.

Genjutsu turns any summons into Itachi's weapons. In fact, knowing Itachi he wouldn't even reveal that the summons were under his control until the moment where he can use them against Minato the most effectively. And even if he simply used Amaterasu, you're exaggerating the effect it would have on him. He doesn't need to burn them fully, any amount of Amaterasu is going to stop Minato's summons from getting in the way again. It wouldn't take much chakra at all.
