How is obito a pedophile?

Obito isn't a pedophile. They were young when Rin died. As you can tell, in NV, people don't exactly stop loving someone even if they die or their alignment changes.
Examples:
Kakashi's love for Rin
Sakura's love for Sasuke
Tsunade's love for Dan Katō and Nawaki
Sasuke and Itachi's love for each other
Fukagu and Mikoto's love for Itachi
After Rin died, Obito held on to the fact that he believed this world is Hell. He saw the one thing he didn't want ever live to see.
He believed that nothing of this world was worth salvaging and making a new world was necessary.
Had this world not been the way it was, Rin wouldn't of had to die. He took spite at the fact that Kakashi failed to do one of the few things he asked of him. That in itself was the driving force behind everything.
He failed to endure reality so he rejected it.
His need and want to protect Rin, have his rival acknowledge him, and his Uchiha blood was his undoing.
Eventually he started seeing himself in Naruto and tried to break his will with death and his views of the world.
It was only during the time Naruto saw his memories and forced his ideals on him did he realize what he was doing wasn't anything Rin would of wanted.
He broke away from his screwed version of Rin and his team.
Kakashi convinced him of a light in the world they both saw as hell.
In short: Obito isn't a pedophile but a psychologically damaged Uchiha Kid who dwells on the past and wanted to change the world by any means. It took someone who mirrored his past self to make him realize just how much he ****ed up the world and destroyed the resolve him and Rin made.

OT: Obito's not a pedo, for sure. As you said, he just wants his old Team united. If he wanted, he could've used Edo Tensei to bring back Rin. But he didn't. Why? Because, he mentioned, bringing back Rin wouldn't stop the war. Rin's death was only the catalyst for his hatred towards the Shinobi system. He probably lost his parents in war(off screen) and Rin's death was the ultimatum. Plus, he was also an Uchiha, as Tobirama said, Uchihas are sensitive people.
