How's Luffy supposed to beat Doflamingo when Sanji and Smoker got raped? Both are on the same tier and are only slightly weaker than Luffy. Doflamingo No-diffed both. Going by that he should be able to No-Low diff Luffy. How is Luffy supposed to win?

The way i see it, Dodo's on a whole different league.

nah, you underestimate luffy, look at all of luffie's previous battles...u'd say the same thing back then, However, he just always manages to pull through no matter the difficulty....

Law is fighting Doflamingo right now. It's possible he'll catch Doffy off guard and warp him into the ocean. Luffy may encounter him after he is saved and still recovering.

I think (like vs Crocoboy) Luffy will fight against Doflamingo with an advantage.

I don't think he can beat him now. He might just lose against him, find a weakness and beat him then. Wouldn't be the first Luffy has lost. Besides, he's fighting in a tournament right now, we'll probably see some improvements on his end.

I don't think he can defeat Doflamingo yet, but we haven't seen his full power. And sure same tier in that they are all Vice Admiral quality, but the power difference in VAs is pretty vast. Luffy would be somewhere at the top. Smoker and Sanji are still not near him in power even if they are VA level.

Perhaps understanding DD's DF is crucial to beating him. Both Smoker and Sanji probably didn't know about the mechanism of his DF. Maybe Luffy will be informed by Law before the big fight. Or maybe it'll take more than just Luffy to take him down. Let's see how it goes.

Well to be honest Smoker was not fully healed when Doflamingo attacked him so Smoker wasn't at 100%, now don't get me wrong I certainly think Doflamingo would still beat Smoker in a 1 on 1 but I think Smoker would put up a little bit more of a fight.

Also I wouldn't say Sanji is on Luffy and Smoker's level he's on a level below them.

It doesn't matter wether Sanji is weaker than those guys. Doflamingo dealt with both of them as if they were nothing. Sanji is strong enough that he can give both Luffy and Smoker a decent fight.

OT: Luffy is not strong enough to defeat Doflamingo. Unless Oda decides to screw up the M3 dynamic.

I get that my point was Smoker would have put up a better fight if it wasn't for the fact he was still not fully healed from his battles on Punk hazard don't get me wrong again Smoker would still lose to Doflamingo and I view Luffy and Smoker quite similar in strength Luffy's a little bit more powerful but whatever, I agree Luffy at the moment until we see something extraordinary from Luffy he will most likely lose against Doflamingo.

I also agree that Sanji would give Luffy and Smoker a decent fight but at the end of the day Luffy and Smoker are stronger than Sanji.

The way i see it, Dodo's on a whole different league.

Smoker is far beneath Luffy after the timeskip. And while Sanji is certainly strong he's not in Luffy's league at this point. Remember that Luffy studied under Jinbei and Rayleigh if memory serves. It might not so please correct me if I'm wrong as I might be. But you take into account that Luffy's mentors were monsters in their own right and the fact that Luffy has spent the previous two arcs turning the bad guys into his ***** and I've little reason to think he won't do the same with Doflamingo. While it's true Doflamingo is strong, you have to really look at his arsenal of attacks. He knew that Sanji wasn't f#cking around so he didn't hold back. Based on that contest I haven't seen Doflamingo pull out anything that Luffy can't take. On top of that Doflamingo needed help from and Admiral just to take down Law. I guarantee you Luffy could have solo'd Law.

Sanji was just getting toyed with, until doflamingo had to put a little effort to finish him off (or supposedly because of the strawhats ridiculous endurance).
