Base/Alive Minato > Alive itachi mid diff at most, it wouldn't be very difficult for minato.

It's not really hard to consider this when you look at itachi's stamina. Because of his stamina, he's borderline top 10.

If they are both alive... i don't see Minato breaking Susano with just rasengan, and also without the kyuubi he's weak to genjutsu, if you use the kyuubi then you are referring to edo minato...

Alive itachi > Alive Minato

Edo itachi <<< Edo Minato

Genjutsu is countered by clones and speed.

Also Susanoo can be ported.

Alive Itachi is below Alive Minato.

Edo Itachi <<< KCM Minato.

Any Itachi <<<<<<<<< BM Minato.

Anyone who has read the manga would know that Dusk Crow genjutsu works on clones and that the properties of the S/T barrier gets rejected by Yata Mirror.

Genjutsu doesn't work on clones. See Kakashi vs Itachi fight. Even if it did, Minato would avoid it through speed. See Madara vs Gokage where Madara had to catch Ay to use genjutsu on him.

Yata Mirror doesn't do shi t to FTG since FTG is not an attack.

It worked on Narutos clone, see Itachi vs Narutos clones.

Madara had to catch A to use it because Madara used a genjutsu that requires eye contact. Itachi has 2 genjutsu that does not require eye contact.

Yata mirror specifically states that it can negate all ninjutsu, all material and all astral bodies. I'm pretty sure FTG is ninjutsu, has material and has an astral body.

Finger and what else? Alas, finger is featless. The only one it caught is an early part 2 Naruto and it didn't really do anything.

How would Itachi hit the real one anyway?

It is said to be endowed with all nature transformations and as such changes its own characteristics to completely negate any opposition.

FTG isn't opposition, not to mention Minato could either:

- teleport it from behind.

- outlast Itachi.

3 actually.

Finger, which could work on Minato since he is featless in breaking out of genjutsu.

Dusk Crow Genjutsu, affects anything in an area.

And of course, Izanami. The genjutsu that defeated Kabuto, a shinobi who could easily defeat Minato.

FTG isn't opposition, not to mention Minato could either:

- teleport it from behind.

- outlast Itachi.

I wasn't talking about FTG. S/T Barrier and Hiraishin are 2 different jutsu.

Using any form of S/T on Susanoo would require him to get close, at that time makes Minato completely vulnerable to Dusk Crow Genjutsu. Say that Minato can break out, how long exactly would it take for him to do so? Minato had the same sensei as Naruto, and Naruto took minutes just to break out of a weaker genjutsu.

How many clones do you think Minato can make? From feats, he's made two. If a genjutsu doesn't work on one, then the real one is obviously the other. Clones if anything, hinder Minato's chances of winning as Tobirama said that FTG is much slower when they use clones.

Outlasting Itachi isn't an argument, the battle wouldn't even take 5 minutes.

Please don't insult Itachi fans because you've been wanking FTG for the longest.

The number of clones one can make does not depend on his maximum chakra pool. Clones split the users chakra, they don't cost a set amount.

Also Minato's chakra is pretty damn high. The 2 clones he made was while using the barrier, which reduces his max chakra massively.

Dusk Crow Genjutsu.

lol @ using Minato having no anti genjutsu feats.

Gee I guess Finger Genjutsu solos Hashirama since he never showed getting out of a genjutsu.

Rofl.

And of course, Izanami. The genjutsu that defeated Kabuto, a shinobi who could easily defeat Minato.

First of all, the only reason Itachi ''defeated'' Kabuto was his Edo form.

Secondly, if you're going to fapboy Itachi at least learn what Izanami is. It won't do shi t against Minato.

Clones if anything, hinder Minato's chances of winning as Tobirama said that FTG is much slower when they use clones.

It was fast enough in every situation they used it.

And it's not '' much slower ''. It's '' slower ''. It's an ambiguous term.

lol the more clones Minato makes, the slower his FTG becomes.

You have to realize the difference between the chakra pools of Edo Mianto and Alive Minato. Edo Minato has Kurama's Yin Chakra, which is why he was able to use ftg while holding up the formation of the 4 suns. Edo Minato's chakra pool is MUCH larger than Alive Minato. It's the same reason why Naruto can make thousands of clones with little fatigue.

Hashirama himself admitted inferiority to Itachi, manga fact.

First of all, the only reason Itachi ''defeated'' Kabuto was his Edo form.

So you admit that at least Edo Itachi can beat Minato? It contradicts your past posts of saying any Minato can beat Itachi every time.

Secondly, if you're going to fapboy Itachi at least learn what Izanami is. It won't do shi t against Minato

Before you overestimate blondie again, Minato wouldn't know the way to break out of it. Minato's mentality is just as screwed up as Kabuto's.

As an Itachi fan of the early 2000's the very few left of the original i am still happy and confident when i say Alive itachi > Alive minato. I have yet to see a convincing minato argument, though the same can be said about itachi as well. Minato has shown little more feats in edo form, like the use of bunshin and the fact that the seal doesn't go, however nothing drastic in base to convince me of a win and if anything believe it or not i am more confident than ever as my understanding of hiraishin has become sharper than ever due to it gaining more exposure and explanation, we can put to the table its feats but also its limitations as before there was a no limit wank to it.

Example as we all know minato can determine what he teleports back with him. However from what we know canonically know of hiraishin is that anything within range gets teleported automatically with minayo. Minato is the decider, he is the one who decides what to teleports back with him. But what happens when a technique eludes minato's awareness, this is what happens [ ]

Because hiraishin within range teleports everything and he is the decider if he misses an attack he takes back by default the attack with him. We already know that itachi holds the fastest hand speed and one of the fastest ninjutsu execution, so much that sharingan users cannot keep track. Its but highly plausible to say that, minato like the sharingan user's will not be able to keep track with his eyes, (nor does he have a near 360% vision that the byakugan holds) itachi's handspeed and execution and its possible that, an attack by itachi where he doesn't know where it came from, will teleport it back with him. The use karasu bunshin or kuchiyose which temporarily distorts an opponents visions will go to great lengths to further make live difficult for minato when he uses hirasihin. The combination of distorting your opponents field of vision, combined with his ninjutsu execution will allow itachi to hit minato, via minato taking back with him unaware a ninjutsu.

He can also use karasu bunshin's and kage bunshins both of which double his chances of genjutsu

Genjutsu either seal or visual based. Kanashibari or real life simulation has both shown to limit movement.

In terms of kcm minato we use his counterpart, edo itachi.
This version has all his weakness removed, but also even in kcm minato's most potent attack is very much still the rasengan a, attack v1 susano has shown enough feats to tank. In edo where itachi doesn't suffer any strain, will make life hard for even a minato with half of kurama to defeat. His base speed is roughly equivalent to v1 Ei, with kcm he most likely when let loose will be equal if not superior in foot speed than v2 Ei, but also has gained great durability as that is another advantage of kcm, his bunshin's even when hit in cqc agains't current obito didn't disperse.
That and the fact that feat wise he hasn't shown a technique apart from the shiki fujin to seal an edo. Yes he has hype form learning many seals however seals come in many forms. Not all seals are made to seal souls.

Bm minato wins. His lackluster attack potency is solved with bm mode as he can use tbb. However people forget that bm mode either his mode or naruto's dependent on kurama contribution. Unlike in kcm mode where they can forcefully take kurama's chakra without kurama's contribution, in bm mode kurama has to contribute otherwise otherwise neither him or naruto can go bm mode by force.

Anyway im still confident in alive itachi vs alive minato and somewhat confident in edo itachi vs kcm minato. Bm minato however takes it by a clear margin, the other two is still debateable imo. Bm minato is clearly in another tier than even edo itachi, but when you have a temporary power in the form of half the fox which you have only access to when in his current edo state only, but also to keep relevant otherwise you will be reduced to the same stance as tobirama/sasuke, im not too concerned. If anything i am enjoying bm minato for other reasons but also a little far and son moment doesn't hurt anybody

It's funny because this moron here thinks his opinion is better than Hashirama's.

It's so ironic when Minato worshipers fail to come up with an argument after they talk so much crap.

Though I agree with you, Obito was actually 18-19 at the time. Obito is 4 years older than Kakashi.
