It's funny that the same Hiruzen still admitted inferiority to Part 1 Orochimaru, did he not? "Biggest of the big fish" must mean that Edo Hiruzen's stronger than Edo Itachi and Edo Nagato, right?
To be realistic if
Hiruzen alive started close range to Tsunade. She would beat him. His body would crack his helmet would fall to the ground. It would be as if a train hit him rocking his world.
However, Hruzen knowing about his student he would start off at a distance and if he did get close range he would use enma hard as diamond to block her attacks. He might be so called slower than her in the data book but close enough to block her attacks.
The problem now is the slug. The slug can spit acid on him. He would have to dodge her attacks as well as the slugs to win. This is where enma comes in to try to bring his arms out to grapple with Tsunade so he could do some hand signs to distract the slug summon.
In the end it would not be a very good idea not to do close range with Tsunade even if she is sloppy. A fatal blow is a fatal blow. He is using a blunt object a staff not like a sword. He is not going to bash her head in.
If close Tsunade wins because she is younger, can heal and one single blow can take him out.
If long range Hiruzen if he keep spamming hand signs. But again she has the slugs that could just cover her at long range from those attacks we seen from him.
So again Hiruzen I want to say would win but most attacks I could see her tanking from him with the help of the slug.
So I say Tsunade wins this he will tire...
But by Hype Hiruzen because he controlled a village of eye users, had power kages at his time, and a hater in an ally (danzo). He could not be weak....
But being a real right now alive Hiruzen would lose because he would try to get close to Tsunade. Until we see something powerful. Also guys roof top title attack he did that because he was on a roof top. Lol it is not like when he fights he would try to take an opponent to a roof top so he could use the roof top justu lol.
As implied by this page here, they were all competitors for the seat of Hokage, meaning they were all around the same level of strength:

However the Nidaime Hokage already knew that even if all 7 of them ambushed the 20 from Kumogakure, they would still die. It's obvious that Hiruzen was just trying to reassure his teammates, but he knew he would die as well (unless he was a fool).

Sacro is basically destoying the other side, hiruzen currently has neither the feats nor stamina to kill tsunade. The best we can hope is that he gets some in recent chapters.
I seriously doubt Hiruzen won't get his time to shine after the portrayal around him(despite having being already robbed the title of god of shinobi by Hashirama). Until then Tsunade wins but it may not last long

No, he won't. He only figured out that it is similar to Jinton but made of more elemental natures than it. If anything Tobirama's info is more useful than Obito's as they now know that it turns all ninjutsu into nothing, and that they can't regen if they get hit by it.
There's also the info they obtained via Gamakichi's attack. That Senjutsu can hurt Obito and won't be erased by his jutsu.

Any atack Hiruzen has won't work on tsunade's regeneration, Also tsunade's summon > Hiruzen summon, Katsuyu's acid would definitely hurt enma, Tsunade is not fodder she's pretty underrated
