first off, tsukuyomi is NOT the most powerful genjutsu.. you gotta be an itachi fanboy before you got the nerve to say that.

shisui's genjutsu koto amatsukami is the strongest by far. stated by danzo, and itachi himself.

regards to your shitload thread... kill the user of tsukuyomi to stop it. how? have a minato/raikage/naruto(speed) by ur side and let em wack itachi's butt once he cast genjutsu on you.

Well we don't Itachi's true intelligence, but still, from what we've seen he's damn smart and to me he's smarter than Shikamaru.

In the time that they're caught in the genjutsu, even if responded to in a brief moment afterwards by the outside disruption the person could have already felt several hours or days within the world (as demonstrated with Itachi to Kakashi) however this can't be said to be the same for ever user of this jutsu (i.e Sasuke Uchiha) so it all depends.

that has nothing to do with it, "sharingon" and skill has to do with it, and yeah he has a brain but not the same IQ range of Shik. 15 year's old and he is in charge of battle plan's for war, that's just has good if not better than when itachi was granted anbu at a young again, but that again that was all about itachi skill's not just his brain. but look at the thing about it. a war General outrank all ninja rank's in term's of genin-anbu. and kage title is basically a general 2 just higher up.

you could break out, if you were smart like danzo and place a cursed seal on the user before he activates the technique, then not only do you break out of tsukuyomi, but you counter it as well.

and Tsukuyomi is not the ultimate genjutsu under the Mangekyo, that would go to shisui's kotoamatsukami, i mean, you don't even know you'r under genjutsu (but really you are lol)

naruto can fight itachi using sage mode.... with sage mode naruto can avoid being caught in tsukiyomi or other genjutsu... he can simply close his eyes because he has heightened senses because of him being one with nature of some sort

Oh and by the way, I can't wait for itachi to fight kabuto, so we can actually see itachi at 100% having to fight at his best. There is a good chance itachi will use tsukuyomi on kabuto and kabuto will break it.
However, even though itachi at 100% will have a tough matchup, I am sure his fans will still find a way to say he wasn't going all out.
