How Do You Stop Tsukuyomi

OK somebody please tell me this, Tsukuyomi is the most powerful genjutsu as you can spend 3days in it getting tortured.Also,it only last 1 sec in the real world so it would be impossible to break out of it unless your a Uchiha member.If Itachi put you in the Tsukuyomi and makes it last for 10 years, how would you stop it if you a non-Uchiha? Expain

set up some sort of trap that would be ending up hurting myself but not fatal so i can snap out of it. Just like shikamaru did in one of the early epps. that would do the trick i think!

Itachi is a true genius. I don't think Shikamaru can think of halve the things Itachi would of did intelligence wise

noone can break out of tsukuyomi without being an uchiha. you can not be snapped out with pain or any other method or else they would have done that to kakashi and sasuke.

So first:
Not every Tsukuyomi is as strong as Itachis, Sasuke is not able to manipulate time that much like Itachi did.
Second: itachi cant put the Tsukuyomi for ten years that easy, cause it drained that much chakra, when he stretched the time of one second for three days, that he thought, retreating could be a good decision.
What i think is that it would be even more fatal to user if you stretch the time to long.
Third: Somebody said, that pain could free you from Tsukuyomi. thats not true. At first it lasts just a few seconds and the Genjutsus, where you are thrown into a complete world, not just a few illusions, are quiet strong.
The mainweapon of Tsukuyomi is the pain it brings, so pain is no way to escape....
We dont know exactly, how far Rinnegan protects from visual Genjutsu, but i think, the eye of six paths could resist genjutsus.

So if youre captured there is just one way, I know, and thats Koto Amatsukami. Cause that is the strongest Genjutsu except Izanagi, which could work too.
Other ways to trick it: Shaddowclones.

But escaping is nearly impossible, blocking not

I think he resistet a little. Cause he was catched after three or 4 secs. I think even, to have Sharingan makes you a little stronger vs Tsukuyomi

Break it using :

1) Pain on one self
2) disturb your chakra
3) not look into the Mangekyo Sharingan

To the people who says it can't be broken . According to Itachi's words ( the caster of Tsukyomi ) : Every Jutsu has a weakness.

Note : The above steps aren't necessary if you're Hidan or one of the six paths of pain or anyone who uses Izanagi.It won't affect any of them , they can't feel pain and in Hidan's case , pain is pleasure for him. ( especially being stabbed )
