How do you prevent nightmares or bad dreams?

i find better sleep when most things in my life are balanced and centered. eating, sleeping, training, learning etc... a good harmonic balance between every thing you do and everyone you react with.

You still have those?

Maybe you should meditate before bed or do something to relax your mind before going to sleep.
this works too.

It was proven that video games help. They help you control your dreams. So basically if someone is hunting you you can drop a boulder on him, in that fashion.
true. I've read about this. They tested first person shooter games on soliders to help them deal with traumatizing dreams caused by war.

I'm an avid gamer, and most times when I dream, I realize that it is a dream and pretty much do what I want lol :D
