Thats the problem with this series. Its actually not a story at all but the medium for Kishi to experiment for his next manga. But the surprise is this manga is popular.

We already saw how they were "exterminated" no Inbreeding. The Senjus got peace and merged with numerous clans and other families practically anyone in the Leaf village is of Senju descendants in someway. They branched off, didn't keep the bloodline going. Hashirama was the only notable one because of him being Ashuras reincarnation.

Uchihas just ****ed other uchihas and kept having the Sharingan.
