How could the most powerful clan in naruto just disappear

Senju were removed from plot because Madara, Obito, Sasuke, and those other Uchiha's would have gotten stronger enemies to deal with than just the Gokage, and the villages.

The fact that the Senju Clan not only fought with the Uchiha (Who had 3T and possibly MS since Itachi's story tells us of the many attempts at gaining EMS) - We assume that the Senju Clan has powerful members who can stand against them. Probably not an EMS user like Madara, but at least somewhere around Tobirama's level or weaker.

Either way the Senju Clan took the most L's. The Uzumaki Clan as well.

What I think happen is most of them where targeted and assassinated by other clans and groups so the few member that leave abondon there clan and there name spread all over the world. The woman them married into other clan eg uzimaki clan , after find out there related to senju clan they become a target. Like if you believe my theory's can be right
