No one, I just don't see why you don't consider his rinne a handout, it just doesn't make sense to me, sasukes rinnegan only exists because of this chakra handout. Realistically speaking its the only straight up hand out he's recieved. If the only means to his rinne was the handed out chakra, why isn't unlocking his rinnegan a handed out power? It seems highly biased and nitpicky to not put the two together imo
