Its glacial beauty replaced with tar and rubble. Its once cool fresh breeze now polluted.
Thick grey smoke rises in the air, constant and ending.
What had become of this city that was once fit for kings?
“The bigger you are, the harder you fall”
A phrase said by many, and that is in fact the way Celeste had fallen.
Celeste
The name itself screams grace and beauty, yet what has happened? When you look around, do you see beauty? Do you see grace?
There are people killed, day after day so that another could survive. Women and children are forced to do what they do not want for the sake of staying alive, dignity used as currency.
Lies and deceit; a craft that used to be perfected for the gain of one or many, now thrown around so many times with crass and no effort yet people still buy into it.
Even the art of battle downgraded to baseball bats and broken bottles.
Is there someone? Someone somewhere who hears the cries of the people? Will a saviour come?

After the war, Celeste was left in ruins. The city’s Superpowers had abandoned their little wonderland and it was left with a huge burden on its back, and not just the rubble left on the streets. The economic income had sank to rock bottom, and the little business that were funded by the Kishimoto Foxes and the Endymions Wolves could not support itself, much less their city and the families and organization that were below the two dispersed like bubbles in the air, while taking all what they could as they went. Life had gotten harder, and the citizen had resulted to using drastic measure just to keep alive. The once paradise had turned into a cesspool.
Though despite the horridness, there were people who wanted to keep the peace, ones who were fighting for the people, fighting to keep what was left of Celeste’s soul alive. But where there is good, there is evil.

La Luce Noir – The Black Luce
A group of former young vigilantes that used to fly solo come together, to give back to their city. They were the generation who grew up to see their world divide due to greed. Their mission is to act protect their city from in the dark. They are stealthy, therefore when choosing a weapon, be wise and choose that would benefit you.
Front Lines
A sibling group to the La Luce Noir, but their group fight crime head on, and would not spare a dirty trick in a fight just to win. They are with brute force, they hit hard and they don’t miss, therefore when choosing a weapon, be wise and choose what would benefit you
Omnisciens
Information brokers, they are smart and this day and age, they have crafted the art of deceit and escape, they can get you any information you want; for a price. They can get away with anything scott free – unless they get shot and die.

They were the only organization from the time of the Kishimoto and Endymions that hasn’t left the city.15 years ago they were at the bottom of the food chain. And now they are at the top, without the two Superpowers to punish them for hurting the citizens, they do what they want, when they want, how they want. They believe that the best currency is Dignity. They are affiliated by self found gangs: The Scream Maestros, Green, and Libation
