In most mangas they do, but Kishi is original and will do whatever he wants to.
Sakura being the strongest and Naruto being the main male doesn't give any proof they have feelings for each other, other than being close friends

Sakura was made for Sasuke, they both have issues,And by the look in Sasuke face after Sakura punch Her way pass the clones it turn Him on. Plus Sakura was happy ones more saying Sasuke-Kun. Sakura's power up Turns Sasuke on and Sasuke being near turns Sakura on.
