Itachi might be able to seal him with Totsuka but Obito has Kamui, meaning he just phases through it all. What's worse is that if Obito was quick enough he'd probably be able to jump straight through Itachi's Susanno and get in close to do some hefty damage to him. And unfortunately Itachi's greatest strength, Tsukoyomo, won't work, as I'm pretty sure Tsukoyomi doesn't work against another sharingan. If I'm wrong someone please correct me, but in this case I believe Obito has the upper hand.

Won't work. Yata Mirror blocks attacks from getting to Itachi, meaning the attack has to travel in a path to get to Itachi. Kamui can be spawned directly on Itachi, bypassing Yata Mirror completely.

MS Obito > Itachi (mid/hard difficulty)
Rennigan Obito(with Jins) >>> Itachi (low)
Juubito >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Itachi (lol stomp)
DMS Obito (Prime) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Itachi (surprise!! butt s*x)

so the only version of Obito, Itachi can beat is perhaps kid Obito (prior to awakening MS).
anything after that is going to beat Itachi.

you have to realize that kamui in unblockable cuz its not a direct attack. it only changes the space of the object. thus teleproting Yata to kamui dimension.

Obito said "if Itachi knew all his secrets. he would be dead". what does that "secret" include? all Obito's abilities, his secret crush on rin, his secret that he was not madara,his secret that he does not require to eat or drink to stay alive, his secrect that he has Mokuton and Inyoton . his secret that he doesn't require to poop, his secret that his favorite dish is dangos..it goes on and on. so you can start making a list.
