Lets take a Healthy Itachi and a Healhy Obito. It doesn't matte if he has both MS+Rinnegan or Double Kamui. If Totsuka Blade and/or Yata Mirror can break through astral barriers Kamui is useless unless being used before Itachi actibates Susanoo. The battle is pretty debatable though but I think Itachi can win Mid-High Diff.

Please no illogical Itachi/Obito fans. I want this to be a serious discussion.

That's not how it works exactly. His body parts don't actually go anywhere, he overlaps the two dimensions.
