Um, no? You're saying every single gay person on earth likes being gay in one way or another that stops them from being straight. That's what you're implying correct? Otherwise, gay people would just be straight if they could help it.

So I suppose the thousands of homosexual people who kill themselves every day because they're persecuted by everyone around them decided to just end their own lives rather than magically turn straight.

I don't think they can be straight because they're in the homosexuality for too long already. And not all homosexuals commit suicide. Some are happy. I have nothing against homosexuality, heck one of my best friends is gay. I believe being gay is a choice because nobody is born a doctor, nobody is born an accountant, nobody is born a doctor or nobody is born a murderer. Being gay is a way of life and is therefore a choice.

It's great that you have gay friends and everything, but I seriously don't think homosexuality is a choice. If it was a "choice" then people who don't want to be attracted to the same gender would just change their mind. And the fact that "some" homosexuals are happy doesn't change the fact that a huge portion of the homosexual population are not happy and some do commit suicide.

Some homosexuals are so desperate to change their "sinful" ways that they go to those horrible brainwashing seminars to "cure" themselves, which is really them just suppressing who they really are to make the ignorant majority of society comfortable with them.
