Okay since this is the first time you are encountering me, my training is quite different and its more of practical than theory. This is because I believe in "show me how" rather than "Tell me how". Its rigorous but enjoyable at the end. Don't get lazy!

CHAKRAChakra(chakura) is essential to even the most basic technique; it is the moulding of the physical energy (shintai enerugī) present in every cell of the body and the spiritual energy (seishin enerugī) gained from exercise and experience. Once moulded, it can be channelled through the chakra circulatory system, which is to chakra as the regular circulatory system is to blood, to any of the 361 chakra points (called tenketsu) in the body. Through various methods, the most common of which is hand seals, the chakra can then be controlled and manipulated to create an effect that would not be possible otherwise, such as walking on water,exhaling fire or creating illusions.By moulding different ratios of the two energies, new colours and much stronger types of chakra can be formed. Most ninja have a natural affinity to one type of chakra, but they have the capacity to create elemental chakra apart from their own affinity. There are five basic types, each stronger and weaker to another, but their relations, weaknesses, and strengths to each other are all explored. There is also the dealing of Yin and Yang and the balance of mental and physical energies. In addition to these five elements, certain kekkei genkai can mix elemental chakra to form new natures, for example it is possible to mix water and wind into ice. While many ninja can use more than one type of chakra, very few are able to use them simultaneously.
NINJUTSUNinjutsu(Literally meaning "Ninja Techniques"), is a term referring to almost any technique which allows the user to do something that they otherwise would be incapable of doing, including the usage of weapons. Unlike genjutsu, which makes the opponent see illusions, the effects of ninjutsu are real. They vary greatly in purpose, with the simpler ninjutsu serving such tasks as transforming the user or allowing them to evade attacks. These techniques are often second-nature for experienced shinobi, who can use them at will. More complex ninjutsu manipulate one's surroundings or utilise the elements, respectively serving such tasks as healing others or manipulating nature transformations.Ninjutsu, most of the time, relies on chakra and hand seals to be effective. The hands are put in sequential positions that moulds and manipulates chakra in the necessary manner to perform a technique. This is not always needed, however, and some techniques become second nature to experienced ninja, after which they can perform them at will.

An example of this is the Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique, which requires a total of 44 hand seals to activate.Tobirama Senju, the Second Hokage, only needed to use one hand seal to complete the technique, a testament to his skill.In fact, by Part II,Sasuke Uchiha has managed to master the Chidori to the point of not needing a single hand seal to invoke it and could use Fire Release techniques with only one hand seal.Although rare, it is possible for a shinobi to be able to do hand seals with just one hand. The only shinobi seen so far capable of this are Haku and Guren.
DIFFERENCENinjutsu is normal chakra manipulation which is raw chakra while elemental Ninjutsu ,the chakra is manipulated into an element and sometimes it is passed into an element

- You should try and use you simple understanding to back up wikia too, not just wikia alone.
Chakra is what I will say in case of you as a person is Energy. So now you have the ability to do work but you can increase that ability by doing exercises, working out and get some muscle, experience and you are able to put more effort/force into things, this I call power which is the "rate of doing work"
Same applies to chakra, as you gain experience/rank, your chakra increases and you are able to perform higher rank techniques, you have higher power, higher rate of using chakra thus my initial Definition of power.
-Ninjutsu like it conotes, is a technique that a ninja uses, and ninja uses chakra thus Ninjutsu is a technique that uses chakra as its base. You can use ninjutsu because you are able to control your chakra. In real life Ninjutsu is the work you use your energy to do and now there are many kinds of work you can do.
-Types of Ninjutsu, Yes you are right about normal Ninjutsu and Elemental Ninjutsu and since we are not going into elemental ninjutsu I will just hint a little about it.
Elemental ninjutsu are ninjutsu that adds essence to your pure chakra, you bring nature to the frey and finetune your chakra to create/control natural matter which are generally divided into 5 basic elements, Earth, Water, Fire, Wind and Lightning.
Pure Ninjutsu allows you to make use of your chakra in its purest form to create/control/keep/alter things, weapons or make alteration even to yourself. There are more that we'll be analyzing as we proceed in this lesson.
-Handseals. First of all, through my study and practise of public speaking, I discorvered that you can gain confidence to speak publicly by first knowing and understanding what to say then comes something to make you focus and not get swayed by the prying eyes of the crowd. The thing that comes to mind is focus. You see, moulding chakra is not easy, it needs focus. Harry porter could only conjure the patronus charm if he thinks of a strong happy moment he ever felt and thats focus.
Handseals allows you to focus to be able to mold chakra with accuracy. That is why sometimes it requires more handseals to perform more powerful jutsus. However when you have mastered the technique, your focus is near perfect for that technique which would now may require less to no handseals from you as you are now good at it.
-And Lastly, Ninjutsu is performed by Ninjas, thats what i expect you to say, you need not name them all, would you?
You put efforts into this and I'm impressed you won't get lazy on me.

The clone manifested but with no definite shape and he was taking a Nap.
To become a good rper, you have to put effort in your description.
Retry that and then
you will channel chakra into your feet and constantly radiate it downwards . Then walk across that pool of water.

I start channeling my chakra within my self gathering chakra and I start feeling the presence of some people each with fixed personalities,I then start thinking of those personalities while releasing my chakra out of my body from my tenketsu point thinking of my image creating a clone with the personality anger and i notice i lost half of my chakra to him
I continue by manipulating a particular amount of chakra into my feet which i then radiate from under my sandals making the chakra repel the water surface making me walk conveniently over the pool of water

I see what you are thinking, but this clone is actually an illusion and your chakra is not divided into two.

-I will use (Katon: Kaen Shuriken Ranbu ) - Fire Release: Blazing Shuriken Dance while using the hidden needle i will quickly use Wind basic technique to increase the damage of the fire and the needle.The opponent won't notice the needle
-I will use the hidden in mist jutsu then use the hidden needles while using katon:small fireball to distract the opponent
-It is fast and since its from the mouth and requires no handseal,it won't affect my combat
-It can be deflected with a kunai since the needles are gotten from the mouth,no other jutsu can be produced from the mouth
-I'll use wind basic technique
-No questions

-I will use throw 5 Shurikens as i ignite it mentally while secretly spitting out the hidden needles i will quickly use Wind manipulation to push both attacks increasing the damage of the fire and the needle.The opponent won't notice the needle

Be descriptive, how you use it, the effect on your enemy
I'm not just teaching you what the jutsu does but also how to use them correctly.
Trust me, this training goes faster when you are not in a rush. When you give me good explanation, we proceed faster as it proves you know what you are doing.
My Jyuken students can testify how it has helped them even when they had no elemental training.
