Begin by building up chakra within you then focus it into your hands, gather the chakra onto your open palms while spinning it using advanced shape manipulation to accumulate it into a sphere or rotating chakra. Once you achieve a perfect sphere of rotating chakra, slam it on an opponent and see the effect

Stretching my hand outwards palm facing sky, I start building a sufficient amount of raw chakra in my hand, I then release the raw chakra from my palm using advanced shape manipulation while keeping my 100% concentration, manipulating it into a rotating sphere which I slam into one of your clones, the rasengan will explode outwards at the clone killing him.

for the first question, No
for the strenght and weakness question, Yes it follows elemental strenght and weakness.
The next one would be done the same way as you did your rasengan but this time make it far bigger as you knead more chakra into it.

For your question, I don't think you can make rasengan variants.
Place your hand on your opponent's head, even while fighting this can be pulled off. Once your hand touches his head, force your chakra into his brain and erase a potion of his memory. You can erase his memory of a jutsu or technique that he has used and maybe you don't want him to use the technique again. You can make him to forget he knows genjutsu making him unable to perform genjutsu again. Geddit?
(Kenboushou Jutsu) - Loss of Memory Technique
Place your hand on your opponent's head, even while fighting this can be pulled off. Once your hand touches his head, force your chakra into his brain and erase a potion of his memory. You can erase his memory of a jutsu or technique that he has used and maybe you don't want him to use the technique again. You can make him to forget he knows genjutsu making him unable to perform genjutsu again. Geddit?

I start by placing my hand on a target, I then focus raw chakra in my hand which I flow in my targets' brain, manipulating the chakra, I erase a section of his brain.
