If you look at the page you see Hiruzen by himself one second. in the very next scene the clones are right in position using said elements. obviously there is a small time lapse in what happens. Furthermore the windows that show the clones first using the elements are small, for all you know he could be weaving the signs in those small pictures. so therefore you didn't prove anything. And with so much action going on, kishi wouldn't have time to draw each clone weaving different signs, but the again he doesn't have to since most readers can see in between the lines.

In his preparation for Kirin, he used a fire style jutsu which required the tiger hand sign. Like I stated earlier, in order to prepare for kirin he needed hand signs.

He did all those jutsus with no seals, one hand sign, just straight up let me counter budha. Hashirama come get some bro.

No proof hashirama can use 5 elements proof is spiral zetsu can use 5 elements via buddha as the medium.
As for 5 elements for hiruzen that is a feat but he has edo body + unlimited chakra allows kage bunshin without fear of losing chakra. So its not really a feat unless he used it as non edo.
