Old hiruzen would definitely collapse. But prime hiruzen according to the manga had ridiculous amounts of chakra reserves. Dude this is amazing cause I totally thought Kishimoto forgot about hiruzens hype but nope he's like here's hiruzen, here's five jutsu elements at the same time with bunshins, here's a counter to that budha statue. Kakashi has all but the wind element, yet no one is bringing that up. Hirzuen just countered a jutsu that was downgraded by several levels. Something I'm sure even someone of fodder level can do

He can create KKG's now. By combining water and fire he can create steam, fire and earth to create lava, wind and fire to create a firestorm. He has an unlimited amount of styles he can use now. Externally speaking that is. He has to combine the elements but literally he can create destruction on a ridiculous level.

Hashirama might have all 5 of the elements as well. Based off of what Spiral Zetsu did, we can only imagine he got the jutsu from Hashirama himself, the creator of the shinsusenju(or so presumed).
