TBH, I've seen more Hiruzen haters than fanboys. Hiruzen is a beast and I have a lot respect for him since he took on Oro and the Senju bros. at the same time.

Is he the most powerful hokage? Its hard to tell because for one, we barely know anything about them. The 3rd and 5th are the ones we know the most about.

The 1st Hokage is said to be the greatest shinobi of his time by his number 1 fanboy, Madara. Other people say so too but we haven't seen much of his feats or anything like that. But its understandable if people say he's the greatest.

We barely know anything about Tobirama. We know he was probably 3rd most powerful while Madara and Hashi was around. After they died, Tobirama became top dog.

Hiruzen is hard to tell. His nickname was god of shinobi. Thats coming from Oro. Whether he surpassed his master is hard to tell also.

Minato outmatched and outsmarted Tobi during their confrontation. Thats pretty ****ing hard to do. Not saying he was the best but I believe he could of surpassed all of the Hokages if he lived longer. Imo.

Kabuto also compared himself to Rikudo and got defeated by Itachi while he wasnt going all out on Kabuto

These days NB members think they Know Better than Both the Manga and the Databooks.

They also think just because one Anbu member didn't know of Hashirama/Tobirama when Oro summoned them, this mean that Hiruzen's Hype is Flawed.

nope. a-b-c logic works in the case of overpowered characters because of their extremely high powerlevels. hiruzen is supposedly some god tier character, comparable to rikudo sennin so when you say hiruzen>hashirama you are saying hiruzen>ems madara with kyuubi.

That other guy has just as much a claim to the "best golfer ever" title as well. Even though the majority of people call Tiger the best, he might not be, people just CALL him that.
