Yeah, you didn't read the thread. If power scaling changed, then he'd be stronger too. He matched Tobirama's Suiton and countered Hashirama's Mokuton. Powerscale that to Part 2 by looking at Madara's Mokuton and by the fodder having Suiton similar to Part 1 Tobirama's.

Second, Kishi really screwed up when it came to Hiruzen and Hashirama, although I personally think Blaze Release summed it up the best. In a normal 1v1 situation, Hashirama>Hiruzen, but since Hiruzen has full knowledge on Hashirama's techniques, and Hashirama doesn't have full knowledge on Hiruzen's techniques, Hiruzen>Hashirama. That's why Hiruzen is still the strongest Hokage

Hashirama is a chosen one, just like madara, sasuke and naruto no one beats these people kishi will troll the hell out of whoever faces them in some way or some how.

Knowledge is everything, and a high top tier character like Hiruzen could beat a god tier character like Hashirama if he has full knowledge of him. If Kisame uses Super Exploding Water Shockwave then Hiruzen is over. Do you know how strong Kisame is, he is the tailess tailed beat. He woulda eaten Killer Bee alive if not for his brother saving him.

So you truly belive Hiruzen can tame perfect Jinchiruki's too like Killer Bee, man you nuts. A and 3rd Raikage speed blitz him so badly it's not even funny. And Hiruzen can't get past Gaara's sand.

Hiruzen "strongest kage" at the time. And it was made pretty clear he was a lot weaker in his battle in Part 1 than he was in his prime, so if old Hiruzen could take on the 1st, 2nd and Orochimaru, how powerful was his prime? Where has it been made out that Hashirama and Tobirama were that much more powerful than Hiruzen? When actually seeing them fight, which to me is more proof, Hiruzen seemed > them. The only thing was that Hashirama didn't have control of the Kyuubi.
