Riiiigghhhhttt. Sasuke can make an enormous increase in his speed in a month, but a ninja can't make any improvements in that amount of time. Do you actually have any proof that it was this short of a time-skip?

Ok, in that case, Sakura is only .5 ahead of her in speed, and .5 below her in taijutsu skill, and Hinata's skill in taijutsu=Naruto and Sasuke's.
