I don't think so. Chichi was a hot head even before they got married. Hinata was always kind and gentle. She is more like Sasuke's mom.

Ye if Kishi made Hinata's personality familiar to Chichi, it would be to easy for everyone to guess whats goin on, so he just made her look kinda like Goku's wife

People don't get it. The thing that is being compared here is there looks. Not there personality. In Narutoverse the closest looking female to Chichi is Hinata. And Naruto ended up with Hinata.
