No I looked it up. Bardock is the first super sayian. Or at least the super sayian spoken about by freiza's family. Bardock fights chilled, and goes super sayian. Chilled would later on tell the story his decendants eventually making its way to king cold.

Lol Dude what you listed there is barely a noticeable similarity between Sasuke and Vegeta. Anyone who has watched these both series could easily tell how different both of these two are. Vegeta's reasoning of badass was not just his looks its was his cocky and arrogant personality. He was like a military man when it came to the way he fought. Sasuke was never like that.

It's much LESS about actual personalities, and MORE about their roles in the series AND in the romantic side.
Naruto is the main guy like Goku, and they both are dense towards someone who loves them. CHECK.
Sasuke is the dark guy turned rival/friend of the main guy like Vegeta, and he gets with the officially smart girl under weird circumstances. CHECK.
Sakura is the officially smart main girl who falls for the dark bad guy like Bulma, despite all odds and making not much sense as well. CHECK.
Hinata is the secondary girl who has a crush on the main guy since childhood like Chichi, and she ends up married to him in the end. CHECK.
I don't see how these FOUR do NOT resemble those FOUR accordingly.

That mean his SS level maybe equal with Goku here.

Considering how different everything is. Also you need to take into account the time frame they spent while working for them. Didn't Vegeta stay with Frieza till he got older? In that case Orochimaru seems more of a Frieza than Obito. But even than he was never the killer.

Vegeta is more open about it and delusional. Heck he would let a villain go in full power thinking he could beat them. Look at Vegeta Vs Cell for example. I have never seen Sasuke do that with any villain. In my view Madara is more like Vegeta than Sasuke.
