However, it will only last as long as her chakra stored in the seal lasts and I think that it would be sufficient time in order for Tsunade to beat Hidan.

Even when you're stabbed in the heart it's not instantaneous death like it would be if you blew someones brains out. Genesis of Rebirth could technically still regenerate her heart tissues and restore it

I dont think Hidan's tai jutsu is a great as people like to think. Even against Asuma he had to use shikamaru as a distraction before he got a drop of blood. It would be harder against Tsunade, considering her fear of blood. She'd be extra cautious about getting hit.

That my friend would be a problem. She would most likely die from it, although h usualy goes for the heart when he kills his opponent so she would be able to survive and prevent him from doing any more damage.

his taijutsu isn't on par with like lee and company but its good enough

As for the fight with Kakashi, using that fight as a measuring stick for Hidan taijutsu skills is stupid.Hidan was playing off of Kakazu attacks throughout that fight.Kakazu's lightning element heart, wind element heart, and fire element heart were all attacking Kakashi which gave Hidan openings to attack Kakashi.At no point during that fight did Hidan take on kakashi one on one.So unless you're adding Kakuza's abilities to Hidan, your question is ridiculous.As for Sakura being too slow to hit anyone, how many puppet did sakura destroy during her battle with Sasori? Not that any of that matters.My point was that Tsunade's physical strength combine with the chakra enhancement technique is twice the power of sakura;meaning she could easily destroy the very ground around hidan giving him no place to start his ritual and even trapping within the earth.
