Why comparing him to those guys. They are not even Kage levels, they are above it(albeit we don't know much from Hiruzen though) :D

Hiashi can definitely take A or the 3RD raikage. That's only because the byakugan can sense an opponents attacks and gentle fist attacks your organs/chakra network. Hiashi is the worst matchup for A and 3RD raikage

Also, Bogard, in regards to the part about Sakki...his ability to note the usage of that particular technique probably doesn't stem from his Byakugan; it probably stems from his general knowledge of techniques. Plus, the technique itself is general skill so deducting its usage is more than likely also general skill. [ ]

Sigh, people keep throwing around the kage title like it is a toy. No he is not close to be kage level, if he was then why wouldnt he be nominated to be kage as Kakashi?

I believe he beats Tsunade, Mei and has a great chance against Gaara. Against A it would be hard though. It would depend if he can react to his speed

Didn't know Kumo's leader was a fodder

Considering the second Raikage was black and went out with the second hokage it doesn't seem as though Hiashi took out that leader.
Considering the third raikage was black and died of old age it doesn't seem as though Hiashi took out that leader
And Considering the fourth raikage is black and still alive it would seem Hiashi hasn't taken him out either. So which leader of Kumo did Hiashi take out to validate your proof that the guy he took out was indeed a great fighter. And who's to say Hiashi didn't just get him with the element of surprise and kill him in that way?

Kage is in regards to your ninja level in terms of skills. Why do you keep saying that your only kage level if you're nominated?

More then likely he beats Tsunade since she's close range, Mei cause she lacks an impressive defenses up close, gaara I'm not so sure, A yes.

I agree.. Good job. I too think he is a character whose power is immense, but he just hasnt been shown fighting. Pushing back the juubi's tail is no easy feat.

You say not to hate on him because we haven't seen him much. On the other side, you shouldn't praise him, because we haven't seen him much.

And with that scan, Neji said he took care of it 'quickly', not 'easily'. That could just mean rescuing Hinata was on top of Hiashi's priority list.

Kage level? No. Like Logic said, if you compare him to really any other Kage, he's definitely Jonin level. I'd say mid Jonin-ish.

He was considered as , who came to sign and alliance, but instead wanted to steal the Byakugan via Hinata. Hiashi took him out easily(said by Neji). The way he says it, it does seem there was a fight, but Hiashi took him out without problems. I don't know which leader they are talking about, but the fact is that he was a leader in kumo, so he was strong enough

Because clans like the uciha and senju and uzumaki were all gone, so ofc the hyuuga would be the strongest in the leaf.
Hiashi"s statement holds no ground

If you are a kage then you are the strongest person in your village, it is not suppos to be many people that can be higher or equal to you.

For example combine Hiashi to A, onooki, mei etc, that is just shame

If he was able to take care of it quickly then there was no difficulty. Furthermore in one hit he was killed.

He is quite capable of beating Mei/Tsunade and potentially A and 3rd raikage.

Tsunade is not the strongest obviously , A got beat by Bee, ect. Kage doesn't mean your the strongest you just generally are.

Your logic is quite flawed, sir.

It's debatable. He may be along the boundary of Jōnin and Kage - it's hard to say because there's no standard explanation which details how strong a Kage must be. Some people are chosen because they are simply the strongest their village has to offer; others because of their profound ability to lead a nation. It's also difficult to judge Hiashi completely as we've only witnessed snippets of his combat ability, never mind what he's capable of against other 'Kage level' shinobi. What is clear, however, is that both he and Kitsuchi have accumulated some impressive feats during this war. I would personally say he's strong in his own right, nothing more, nothing less.

So Shizune is considered a konoha leader as is the council. So by that idea what is important to the fact is his political power and not his physical power.
Neji didn't say easily he said quickly which leads me to think it was a surprise attack and there is no way you can disprove that belief.
