First off he doesn't have to beat all kage to be kage level he just needs to beat 1.. The only 1 listed that could beat him is Ay, tsunade and katsuya lose to genjutsu and so does mei abd so does gaara and so does Onoki...

Mei only has a chance in in a closed off space but even then she would be blitzed...

MS Sasuke was never saved against Raikage and Gaara.

The only one Sasuke fought was ay nd was getting owned and was on the defensive the whole time. Hebi sasuke beat deidara who is considered kage level since he literally beat the kazekage. In my opinion garaa was somewhat weak for a kage early p2, so i would consider hebi sauce low kage level, and believe most of the current kage at the time would defeat him.

"Kage level" imo is a pretty broad term. Reason being there are many characters of pretty varying strength that can be considered kage level. The sannin, the akatsuki members, some of the high level jonin like kakashi and darui, kabuto, ect. This doesnt make them all equals it is simply true all or their ability can be considered comparable in strength to current and past kage. No one is going to argue that because hebi sasuke beat deidara, who is kage lvl, he could also beat hiruzen or minato.

My point being kage level is broad just as jonin, chunin, and genin Are. People of the same level are not perfectly equal, and you not liking sasuke doesnt take away the feats he accomplished during his hebi days.

Being Kage level means to share and equal level of power to someone who holds the title of Kage. Part I old man Hiruzen still held the title kage and lost to Orochimaru. Years later after their fight, Sasuke obliterates Orochimaru with no effort, Hebi Sasuke = Kage Level.

By your logic I can give the title to a baby and if you beat that baby your kage lvl

You are misunderstanding here, I am talking about Hebi Sasuke and the reason why I brought up that feat with Sasuke putting Sakura in a genjutsu. It was a Sharingan genjutsu and Hebi Sasuke showed feats of casting Sharingan Genjutsu.

There was no Rinnegan even involved in that feat. It makes sense that based off of Sakura being unable to break the SG, Tsunade can't do the same as well.

I get what you're saying but can't Sasuke buy himself prep time in order to use Kirin. He has to manipulate Katon. Whether it be sunny or cloudy by manipulation the atmosphere Sasuke can easily cast Kirin. In a desert the atmosphere is even warmer than it was at the Uchiha Hideout. This would reduce Sasuke's prep time assuming they are fighting at Gaara's hometown. Gaara is a long ranged user but to combat a long ranged user like him, caution and long ranged attacks must both be used. Sasuke has developed a high level of analysis from his training with Orochimaru so Sasuke can evade his attacks with a hawk assuming that even he might lose a hand. Without any flying summon, I don't see how anyone beats Gaara at the desert from his generation.

I was trying to give Sasuke the benefit of the doubt for where he can officially use his hawk because for all we know he could've gotten the summoning contract before Shippuden only to later reveal it in his fight with Danzo.

Yes if Sasuke had no mode of transport he would lose mid diff. Manda doesn't help here.



Doesn't the Chidori attacks make her go numb if hit. I can see her tanking it but not if Sasuke can spam those Chidori variant attacks. Also you didn't answer to when I brought up genjutsu. Sasuke can use a Sharingan genjutsu to put a Byakogou user into submission. You see Genjutsu works as Sakura passed out immediately and couldn't call Katsuyu to break her out of it.

@ second point. It doesn't matter how much shield of sand he brings Kirin travels at the speed of light and pierces through the top defenses in the NV.

You keep saying ay had help like Sasuke was by himself smh noob you reread the manga. Suigetsu was fighting darui, jugo helped with the raikage. Mei had him nd his sussanoo melting to pieces until zetsu took her nd everyone else's Chakra. Raikage lost an arm because he didn't care nor did it effect him, he just chopped it off.
