3T precog will work fine against Tsunade/Sakura's taijutsu style.

Also neither one of them is landing a direct hit on Hebi sasuke without immobilizing him first or blitzing him (lol)

They both have 10x more chakra than him. His paralyzing chidori will not work against regeneration which will speed up the process it takes for the body to recover from paralysis.

With both of them going at him with one being a distraction then can get a hit on him.

The distraction being some sort of possum playing where one grabs a hold when he thinks they are dead.

It creates new cells which will restore organs and the body to a state before being charged with electricity.

Sakura couldn't even keep up with sasuke's speed, She didn't even notice him casually blitz naruto.

Sharingan can see chakra, So if they plan to use any Jutsu to counter attack, Sasuke can pick up on it easily. Also Sharingan will pick up on any attempt to grab him and he can either dodge with his superior speed/reflexes or nagashi.

Raiton paralysis doesn't need to damage Organs or cells to work. It's simply running electric through the body causing the victim to lose control of their muscles, Cell regeneration does not help the user regain controll of muscles.

It creates new cells through division. It doesnt matter if Tsunade is unable to move she doesnt control Byakugo, it works on its own without command. Instead of trying to heal the the paralysis new cells will be made that will just take over for the ones not working, basically restoring Tsunade's ability to move.
