They both have 10x more chakra than him. His paralyzing chidori will not work against regeneration which will speed up the process it takes for the body to recover from paralysis.

Not going to be that easy not against medics who have trained to dodge attacks. Even if he goes that way then as he slicing one the other takes advantage, he wont kill 1 so easily while the other stands there.

Sakura reacted to a giant amount of acid pouring out on top of her, she grabs another person and is able to get to higher ground and then removes her jacket. Not only a great speed feat but awesome reaction time.
