OP said this is no soul arm Orochimaru (who fought Naruto). We know he can't preform many complex techniques in that form but what techniques exactly because in my opinion, everything he does is not normal, but complex.

OP didn't state what form Tsunade in Sakura are in. If this is beginning part 2 two for both of them then they lose. If its current Sakura and Tsunade they win.

Genjustu is not working. Against two opponents going at him 3T precog will not be as effective, they will get a hit on him and either one will do enough damage.

They both have 10x more chakra than him. His paralyzing chidori will not work against regeneration which will speed up the process it takes for the body to recover from paralysis.

Why wouldn't Genjutsu work...?

Tsunade carried on moving after two swords lodged in her abdomen she created her own paralysis technique she is a medic who knows the knowledge of the body she has 5 in intelligence I'm pretty sure she knows when electricity starts travelling through the floor it's time to leap by using her regeneration and with Sakura's help they could use Midair as a advantage Sakura uses herself as a diversion while Sasuke's handling her he's vulnerable to a painful heel drop from Tsunade after she does a stupendous leap ending his life.

What...? He uses his hand to hold the sword of Kusanagi, no handseals. Plus, you forget Orochimaru was SEALED in Sasuke, so Orochimaru took the opportunity and busted out the seal with his strongest move to confront Itachi, unaware the latter had the Totsuka.

When was it said he was UNABLE? He just didn't use it for unknown reasons, he was dying too. Maybe he didn't have it yet, who knows, all I know that's a baseless assumption.

Sakura killed a Rinnegan Summoning and hardly worked a sweat with Tsunade backing her up they turn them to fodder dust.
They were all beheaded by a Slow Totsuka what makes you think that those sluggish serpents can solo they hardly have any offensive capabilities.
