The fact remains that most of the fights Itachi was in, he wasn't trying to kill the other person.

Guys Itachi has Fought:
Orochimaru(Genjutsu Win)
Deidara(Genjutsu Win)
Kakashi(Loyal to Leaf Village, easily could have killed him)
Kurenai(Loyal to Leaf Village)
Sasuke(Didn't want to kill his brother, Obito even said he would have killed him if he was trying)
Jiraya(Loyal to Leaf Village, lied and said he's too dangerous)

he killed his entire clan need more

You can moan and groan and even throw your toys out of the pram all you like, it still doesn't change what is in the manga which is orochimaru's defeat, yes defeat.

You must be registered for see images

Interesting you make an argument for orochimaru both of which is moot.
First of all, its true orochimaru was 'dying' and had no intent to kill, but you see itachi was 11 and was just beginning to peak.

Next you seem to be stuck on this 'dying and no killing intent'.
Orochimaru never, ill repeat never waits until he is on his death bed to use the Fushi Tensei. Only when he is desperate will he wait long enough to possess who he wants to possess. Example at the end of part 1, the only reason he waited this long before going through with the technique was because Sasuke was taking too long. Apart from that, he allows himself some leeway, but he never goes through with the technique at the last moments when his current body starts to reject him and he starts feeling pain and is basically weakened.

So yes while orochimaru was in need of a body, he was no where near 'dying' at that moment. He was after all, out and about and not exactly bed ridden.

As for your killing intent, its another moot point. He has witnessed that, taking over Itachi's body is futile and got his hand cut off. You can use killing intent when he decided to take over itachi, but once that failed you cannot use killing intent as there was no reason not to kill itachi anymore, but also if anything itachi has wounded him surely orochimaru is vengeful he would want to kill itachi.

So killing intent excuse, cannot be used after his ritual failed. He can go on and kill itachi. No need to keep him alive after the ritual failed. However orochimaru even after the technique failing and getting his hand cut off, he still didn't want some. The reason is because if you can look at the bigger picture, Itachi is stronger than him. Itachi possesses an ability where he restrains himself, but does enough for his victims to witness the gap in power. Its this same thing itachi did, for Orochimaru to understand that, yes taking orochmaru itachi isn't happening, but also defeating him aswell.

He admitted inferiority on 2 occasions in part 1 and in part 2 his whole idea for defeating Itachi was relying on Sasuke's body and that in itself failed. [ ]. That was his only hope, taking over Sasuke.

Face it or rather move on, Orochimaru is beneath Itachi.!

Nicely done. You have actually confirmed something to me. I was always skeptical, at what age itachi became an akatsuki member and made orochimaru look like a fool. Itachi fans claim 11 as that is what the figures say. Others say 13/14 as that is what makes more sense but also how could he become an akatsuki member when he was still in konoha.

What i am trying to say is that, there is a 2 year gap between itachi and Deidara, so if Deidara is 9, itachi is 11. So both were not exactly at their peak and the 2 gap means nothing, when itachi has made orochimaru who was in his 40's at that time look like a fool.

Dunno bout boxed in a room though. That is where Deidara was located and that is where the fight took place.
Besides i see nothing wrong here. Orochimaru's departure was at the hands of Itachi. Its only fair that since Itachi forcefully made orochimaru depart, he has to forcefully recruit a replacement

Fairly evenly?. Kakashi was out of breathe and was barely keeping up with his ninjutsu execution, who later talked about itachi's accomplishments as a kid and the fact that he wasn't fighting at half his strength. Evenly, note quiet. Also its hinted both in the manga and DB that the sharingan does grant a bit of protection agains't tsukuyomi therefore , nope he wasn't mistaken

I laughed. Yes i have seen others quote that and you have given a reply. However lets not insult my intelligence, by trying to validate such nonsense

Yes, that orochimaru is different from the orochimaru that Itachi faced.
Firstly the orochimaru that itachi faced wasn't bed ridden, yes his time was coming up for a new host, however it wasn't there yet, unlike the orochimaru who sasuke faced who time was up and needed a host asap.

Next the sasuke orochimaru faced has had majority of his techniques sealed. The orochimaru, itachi faced had not.

Personally there is 1001 reasons that members have come up with. Im not going there because its been discussed from the beginning of time. Its up to a member to use their own initiative and pick their poison. However while not going into this discussion what i will say is that, Jiraiya nor kishi has given me any reason to believe that Jiraiay is equal to Itachi. Hype, feats and manag portrayal doesn't convince me. On the same note Jiraiya taking itachi to high diff in a fight, let alone winning hasn't crossed my mind. Appears Kisame after witnessing the exchange also believes this.

How is my standing moot? As you can see, by definition it's possible to defeat someone without ever fighting them. Orochimaru never fought Itachi, he engaged in a spiritual struggle for Itachi's body and was prevailed over, thwarted, deprived, etc.

Orochimaru never waits until he's on his deathbed? Well in pt.1 he did, and in pt.2 he did again. In pt.1 he was forced to because he was waiting for Sasuke's arrival, yes, but in pt.2 he was taking rank 9 medicine even though Sasuke was in the next room. Even before that, he had to stop fighting KN4 because his body started to give out on him, he couldn't keep fighting. So whatever you try to spin here, Orochimaru was in a failing body.

Killing Itachi would make Orochimaru incapable of taking his body. If it were as simple as sicking the Edo Kages on Itachi then I'm sure he would have, but he didn't. Winning a physical fight is moot, it's the spiritual battle that counts. Also, Orochimaru may not have had Edo Tensei back then, he didn't seem to have his True Form either which would had paralyzed Itachi when he cut off Orochimaru's hand.
Also, Orochimaru isn't the vengeful type. Hiruzen stated this, and wondered why Orochimaru really attacked Konoha.

An armless, bodiless Orochimaru believed that he could kill Itachi, not knowing that he was dying. Orochimaru however didn't know that Itachi had Totsuka.

There's no way in hell that an 11-13 year old Itachi was so much more powerful than Orochimaru, the victory clearly had stipulations. Think about it, Orochimaru was Minato's rival for position of 4th Hokage, he was more powerful than Hiruzen whom was considered the strongest Gokage and stronger than Danzo, he made Kakashi shit himself, and is even now deemed a threat to EMS Sasuke.
There is absolutely no believable, rational, or logical way a 11-13 year old Itachi is >>> Minato, EMS Sasuke, Hiruzen, Ei, Onoki, Yagura, etc. Reason would also then dictate that Itachi got stronger as he matured, meaning he'd be >>>>> them. This perception throw the ENTIRE manga out of whack. If Itachi were so unbelievably powerful, why didn't he just defeat "Madara" who claimed to be weakened and apparently only had one eye, destroy Akatsuki, or hell... even wipe out the Uchiha clan by himself? Yet Itachi admitted inferiority to Obito and Sasuke said that not even Itachi was strong enough to eliminate the Uchiha by himself, which even then he didn't fight them all in a big battle either. Super Itachi also had a hard time against a weakened KCM Naruto and Base Bee, and got trounced by Kabuto.

Kurenai put Itachi in a genjutsu and was about to kill him, but made the mistake of looking him in the eyes before she did.

Kakashi was fighting fairly equally against Sharingan-only Itachi, while also protecting Kurenai and Asuma, and fighting Kisame. In pt.2 they fought evenly again.

You must really think Kisame is retarded. He initially doubted if Itachi was a match for Jiraiya despite being familiar with Itachi's skills and abilities, and hesitated about going after Naruto. So why would he suddenly think that Itachi would pwn? No, Kisame wanted to grab Naruto and was wondering why they were leaving without him. See, if my partner told me that he was no match for Jiraiya, then I wouldn't wonder why we were leaving when he showed up. However, if my partner said he was Jiraiya's equal like Itachi did, then I would think that he can hold Jiraiya off while I grab our prize.
Jiraiya is clearly on the same level as Itachi. Aside from Itachi stating it, it's a recurring theme that SM = MS, Jiraiya and Itachi's databook stats add up to 35.5, Jiraiya has tons of ways for dealing with Itachi's abilities, etc.

danzo feared him obito was wary of him but did not fear him

Then why was Danzo going to kill Sasuke, fully knowing Itachi would be pissed about it?
