Tsukuyomi is a close range genjutsu. Hashirama is a long range fighter. The chances for Itachi to land a tsukuyomi at close range to Hashirama are close to null. Not even mentioning his bringer of darkness that would nullify every eye contact

Tsukuyomi will fail. It causes Overwhelming mental damage in the span of 2 seconds. It causes 0 physical damage. There's two ways hashi could possibly beat it;

1) He heals without seals, and considering tsunade was healing kakashi when he got tsuku stomped, hashi may be able to heal some of the critical mental exhaustion

2) Hashirama has massive stamina and a VERY strong life force (senju body; yang chakra; etc.) which means his mind would possibly be able to withstand the crippling, exhaustive damage of tsukuyomi.

3) least likel - since he has a massive chakra pool, he could possibly break tsuku; But, since only 2 seconds passes in the real world he most likely won't have enough time to rotate his chakra enough so that's very unlikely.

Probably. With some solid evidence that medical ninjutsu was what healed kakashi from it, then it can't really be refuted.
As far as i'm aware, tsukuyomi just mentally exhausts you(trauma), so medical ninjutsu most likely just revitatlizes those cells, repairs them, or replaces them.

But, anyway, Tsukuyomi ****s with neurones in the brain, so she could probably mitosis all of them back before he walks up to her and stabs her while she's exhausted.

Hashirama and Tsunade are immune to Tsukuyomi. This jutsu affects the BRAIN, so its physical damage. They can heal from it.

With Byakuyou i don't think since Byakuyou doesn't repair mental damage, but it's possible that she could heal the after-effect caused by tsukuyomi if she remain conscious like Kakashi was(she already displayed the feat anyway)

Team 2 should win with high difficulty.
Hashirama can't counter Amaterasu or Totsuka.He could regenerate from a Tsukuyomi attack, but the rest is still too powerful. He needs Jiraiya's sealing scroll to seal the black flames.Otherwise he loses.

], then you may find that the carrying of Amaterasu by the Doppelganger prevents Shodai from sustaining critical damage. Hashirama can simply 'pass on' the attack to his clone.
