@bolded, for the simply reason Hashirama could took control over the nine tails. Hashirama himself mentioned in a chipped state, that Kyuubis power was incredible and should be banished. So who actually thinks that Hashirama beat the Kyuubi? And who particularly thinks Hashirama fought the Kyuubi along with Madaras full power. It's just common sense that the perfect Susanoos usage happaned after Madara used Kyuubi and lost control.
