Lol really? This should be self explanatory. Kishimoto made it so obvious.
1. The technique directly resembles a prominent Buddhist figure. Sage mode in Naruto has strong ties with Buddhism and meditation.
2. The technique is one of the biggest (in terms of space taken) if not the biggest we have ever seen in Naruto. Even Hashirama would need extra chakra to procure this which would be provided by sage mode. Especially after all the massive techniques he pulled off in the fight. Remember they're not edo tensei summons so they don't have unlimited chakra.
3. The eye liner type markings were the dead give away. They appear on Naruto and also appeared on Kabuto in their respective sage modes.

Idk i still think its slug sage, the only defining features for naruto are his eyes. Maybe hashi has a perfected slug sage mode? im sticking to this theory because it makes more sense than him just having a non-animal associated SM

I wasn't stating a theory...i was stating manga fact. All you're doing is speculating and making assumptions on things. "Slug Sage Mode" Was never implied, all kabuto said was that it is also a legendary place that is equally as famous as Mount Myōboku and Ryūchi Cave. I see nothing written there about Slugs or Sagemode.
