Has 30 year old Hinata surpassed 13 year old Neji?

Hinata became a house wife like 3 year's after the war or so. So nah ain't no 25 year's of experience. She capped her power at 19 year's old.I only support Hyuga because Hinata
and I cant consider Sakura an Uchiha.

He did during the war.Did Hiashi ever take these words back? Did we ever get a scan of him admitting he was wrong, stating that Hinata=asset to hyuga clan? If no, then his words still stands. Just like totsuka and yata are perfect until proven otherwise
He was close by when Hinata was meatshielding for Naruto. They fought side by side just a few seconds prior yet he still let her meatshield. To me this just confirms he still believes she's worth 0 to teh hyuga!

She's a 30 year old chuunin with supposed hamura chakra and 64 palms and no one to fight bevause she's not important or strong enough to fight any major villain alone so anyone trying to downplay her lower than that can't really. She's about as shitten as a shinobi can get.
Saying that 13 year Neji will win 30 year Hinata is stupid.
The talent shown by Neji at young age made him learn and acquire Jonnin level skils. These skills, Hinata hasnt got them but that doenst mean she is weaker.
She doesn't have the skills that Neji had due his talent but Hinata has grown and her base stats has also grown. She stronger, faster, knows more and so. But in base she is stronger than a Kid.
So that might give her the win, even tho she hasn't the skills that Neji once learned.

I compared him to Sasuke because he was the only one with the potential to surpass the clan's power (like a transmigrant).you mean itachi right?because sasuke was never a prodigy

As a shinobi and skill wise that'll never happen only Hanabi Hime can do that.

12 year old Hinata almost tagged Neji with only four strikes.
30 year old Hinata would surely tag him and beat him easily in Taijutsu within seconds. In terms of skills and natural talent 13 year old Neji is vastly above Hyuga's whole history of fighters.
So to answer the question , yes Hinata has surpassed his combat level but not in talent and skill which enabled Neji to learn moves on his own which Hinata cant to this day learn even with guidance.
