Has 30 year old Hinata surpassed 13 year old Neji?

13 year old Neji was very talented. Kaiten gave him an absolute defense and 8 triagrams 64 palms gave him a huge threat offensively.

17 year old Hinata learned 8 triagrams 64 palms but we have never seen her rotate in teh manga!

So, with manga scans, I want to see undeniable evidence that 30 year old Hinata>13 year old Neji!

and I cant consider Sakura an Uchiha.
