Some people just like to stay in the shadows. There is some advantage in that... and sometimes is necessary. Like the story with the Third Hokage and Danzo... Roots and leaves..Are you one of those fans still unsatisfied with Hamura's seeming lack of importance in the manga? Simply re-read the final page and you'll see why:

Who is not mentioned in this final page? Sasuke, that's who. Despite the fact that Sasuke essentially committed half of the required power to defeat the Juubi/Kaguya, he receives no credit in the history books. What Kishi is essentially doing with this last page is creating the story that will be remembered a thousand years down the line. Its identically comparable to the sage's story and how it was passed on in modern times.
Despite the fact that the sage and his brother were each equally responsible for Kaguya's sealing, only the sage received historical credit. No one but those in the know even knew about Hamura. Naruto is the sage and Sasuke is Hamura, a thousand years down the line no one will even know about Sasuke. This is why Hamura lacked importance in the manga, yet was essential to the story and needed to he introduced. It proves no one can accomplish impossible things alone, but history is often unfair to many people. Thanks for reading as always.
We will find out in the movie since he will take part in it.Very interesting , if that's right , that would mean that Hagoromo was a good guy loved by everyone and Hamura a bad guy hated by everyone.
A bit like Naruto and Sasuke.
The databook says that Hamura and his clan went to the moon to protect the seal , was it his answer for redemption?
A bit like Sasuke who is travelling around the world (maybe looking for huge problems between people , and telling to the ninja system their nature , Sasuke is good at seing the problem , but not at finding the answer) , for redemption.
What did Hamura do to make him think that he and all his descendance deserved to live forever on the moon?
How can the Ootsutsuki clan survive without incests if there are only Ootsutsuki members on the moon?
Do they live on the moon as an immortal soul?
Hopefully. We will find out in the movie since he will take part in it.
No it's a guarantee, Hamura must be that odd creature with the yellow balls.Hopefully.
It's Kishimoto , he is good at keeping the answers for him , but I agree that we may have a little of Hamura's story in that film.No it's a guarantee, Hamura must be that odd creature with the yellow balls.
Well, you need to realize that Sasuke did not bring anything on his own as Naruto and Kurama did. The only thing Sasuke brought was help sealing Kaguya with a power given him by Hagoromo to avoid jealousy. Are you one of those fans still unsatisfied with Hamura's seeming lack of importance in the manga? Kishi made the defeat of Obito essentially 50% Naruto and 50% Sasuke. The combined Kurama/Susanoo is what finished him off.Well, you need to realize that Sasuke did not bring anything on his own as Naruto and Kurama did. The only thing Sasuke brought was help sealing Kaguya with a power given him by Hagoromo to avoid jealousy.
Now, tell us what Sasuke did better than Kakashi, Sakura, Guy Sensei, or even the Gokages who have been fighting the entire war, training Naruto and Sasuke himself, etc. just like the later, Sasuke is merely a side character no matter what his fanbase want to say about him. Believe it or not, even if Sasuke was not around, Naruto would have done it.
One question: Do you know why Kishi never gave the full Kurama to Naruto?
Well, I bet there is something about the Jinchuriki of full-Kurama (Yin-Yang). In fact, check some of the flashback about Hagoromo. It appears that he actually may have been Jinchuriki of Kurama before even being Juubiriki.
He is lucky that they didn't add that after sealing the jubbi the boy with the fox had to fight the other shinobi to save the world from him too and that's why seventh hokage was also known as Senju hand hokage. Thanks everyone
@blizard2, read the *********** translation and you'll see they don't even mention 'other shinobi'. Either way, since he wasn't mentioned directly, there is no way history will remember him for it.
It was already stated in the manga that Hagoromo and Hamura defeated the Jūbi and Hagoromo became its Jinchūriki. One question: Do you know why Kishi never gave the full Kurama to Naruto?
