No one in Narutoverse could even go 1/12 the speed of light. That would mean traveling around the earth once in twelve seconds NO NARUTO CHAR CAN ACHIEVE THIS FEAT. If Haku is light speed in then everyone who is faster than early pt 1 Naruto is ftl. Gai distorting space was seen as a huge speed feat. That wasn't even light speed because if you go faster than lightspeed you completely rip through time it's self.
